There is a typical case of application for successfully cleaning DeNOx -catalysts in the DeNOx-plant which does not require any complex dismantling and reassembling: The removal of ammonium salt from the surface of DeNOx-catalysts in incineration plants. Here, we have several years of experience in restoring activity from 90 up to 100 %. Besides the cost saving, this procedure has enormous logistical advantages as shorter shutdowns can also be used. Comprising a catalyst volume of up to 50 cubic metres simply requires three to five days which includes the building site installation. During the “Wildeshauser Catalyst Days” in September 2008, incineration plant owners reported their experiences with our in-situ-cleaning, in detail.

BIEGLO offers recycled PEEK as granules. This R-PEEK is produced in Europe and offers a very good cost position compared to virgin material. At the same time, BIEGLO is doing something good for the environment in terms of sustainability. PEEK as a high performance thermoplast keeps its properties throughout the recycling process. PEEK-residues do not end up in an incineration plant, but are being recycled in a quality assured way. Besides selling recycled PEEK as granules, we are always interested to buy your sorted, clean and dry PEEK wastes in all forms. If you have any PEEK waste, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In many incineration and industrial plants of various sectors as well as in the municipal sector, dust emissions are produced during production processes. These emissions must be purified before they are released into the atmosphere The resulting dusts can be sticky, wet, dry or combustible and have different particle sizes. Often industrial dusts are between 0.1 and 1000 μm in size and vary greatly in composition. They are also present in various concentrations and combinations with other pollutants. Compared to dry separators, wet scrubbers have the great advantage that fires or explosive mixtures cannot occur. Depending on the industry and area of application, such as in incineration plants, wet separators are indispensable.

In many incineration and industrial plants in various industries as well as in the municipal sector, dust emissions are produced during production processes. These emissions must be purified before they are released into the atmosphere. The dusts can be sticky, greasy, wet, dry or combustible and have different particle sizes. In general, they are between 0,1 and 1000 μm in size. Dust collection systems physically filter these dusts out of the exhaust air. WesselUmwelttechnik specialises in various methods of exhaust air cleaning, including industrial dust collector systems, to safely comply with legal requirements, e.g. the German TA Luft. In addition to dry filtering, the product range includes wet separators. This way, even humid and hot exhaust air as well as agglomerating dusts can be treated by the Wessel systems. The various exhaust air purification technologies allow the use of dust collecting systems in a wide variety of industries.

Energy production from biomass and waste is on the rise throughout Europe and the world. KROGER has been an established, reliable partner in this sector for many years. KROGER’s maintenance-free grab systems are especially advantageous in both safety and economic terms when used in waste incineration plants, refuse-derived fuel (RDF) incineration plants, combined heat and power (CHP) plants and slag handling. In these extremely difficult, hard-to-access environments, maintenance or lubrication work is costly and often risky for service technicians. KRÖGER offers rrope or motor grabs for a variety of different cranes for use in this particular industry.
