This high-pressure unit proves that high performance and modern design do not have to be expensive. The highest efficiency in the compact class is safeguarded by the new concept with three times the filter surface. Thanks to its perfected measurements, the combiloop CL1 can be fitted under many bar feeders. Also as a mobile unit, it is ideal for changing locations on various machines, e.g. for short runs.

For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

The KamJet is our solution for trouble-free extreme high pressure blasting on a mobile platform. The trailer mounted high pressure unit is powered by a 175kW Volvo diesel engine and produces pressures up to 3,000 bar for up to eight hours on a full tank of fuel. The KamJet mobile high-pressure unit with advanced control unit, optionally suitable for powering the Gekko system. Only high quality parts used - Our KamJet is a complete solution and comes mounted on a twin axle trailer that can travel at speeds of up to 100km/h. The EcoMaster ZWG has a reliable, multistage intermediate gearbox with additional overdrive function. This makes it possible to minimise fuel consumption at any time by working at a low engine speed. This means that the right machine size is always available for every application. In the additionally available overdrive, the machine's engine is in the optimum consumption range with maximum output at the same time. This offers the full litre output with a comparably low fuel consumption. Noise emission is considerably reduced by the speed reduction. The shifting process is conveniently controlled via a display and takes place loadfree during operation.

This high pressure water jetting unit is extremely flexible due to its usage as a trailer. Three versions of the MK3 with operational pressure of up to 2500 – 3000 bar are available and is ideal for the removal of coating and concrete refurbishment, as well as for the separation and cutting of various materials. KAMAT's in-house manufactured control valves are the ideal solution when you are looking for a continuous, trouble-free solution for controlling the direction of fluid flow. The combination of our various valves, such as directional, on/off and switching valves, transforms complex tasks into easily controlled functions of your high pressure unit. All of our control solutions can be remotely controlled using either electric, hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic access, making our solutions even more versatile and adaptable to different demanding environments. All of these solutions can be manufactured using special materials, further enhancing their versatility and making them suitable for use in combination with demanding media such as chemicals.

KAMAT foot valves and foot switches are products of the highest technical quality. They are designed for opening and closing the water supply to high pressure blasting equipment. This valve can be used to open and close the water supply to a high pressure blasting unit. The water is supplied by a high pressure hose connected to the foot valve. When the pedal of the valve is depressed, the valve opens. When the pedal is released, the valve closes and the water is discharged through the bypass without pressure. The foot valve and high pressure pump can also be connected via an electrical switch. If the pump has a suitable control, the pressure generation is switched on or off mechanically when the valve is actuated. The KAMAT foot valve has been designed and constructed in accordance with the rules of technology and applicable standards and guidelines.

Immersion Pumps Models TS12 to TS24 are suitable for CNC machine tools featuring coolant supply through the tool holder or driving spindle or equipped with internally cooled tool. These pumps are equipped with a peripheral impeller to achieve a compact high pressure unit. Series TS are suitable for filtered coolant only. Autofrettage is a method for increasing fatigue strength of components for use at high and pulsating pressures. In short, Autofrettage compresses a container’s inner surface, making better use of the material’s structural properties. The process can reduce fatigue concerns in pulsating applications and lets engineers reduce tubing thickness in high-pressure applications without sacrificing strength, life, or safety. The autofrettage method is based on the reciprocal relationship of the plasticized inner zone and the elastically deformed outer zone. The components are placed under so much pressure that their interiors become plastically deformed. After relaxing, pressure stresses are created in these areas, which prevent the outer areas from reforming to their original shape. Instead, it remains stretched. The reliable booster pump for the polymer process. BOOSTER gear pumps from WITTE are used in the polymerisation process to increase the pressure of medium to high viscosity media. The hydraulically heated booster pump conveys very gently prepolymers and polymers, such as PET, PBT, PS, ABS and many others. Heating is by means of heat transfer oil or steam. The core components such as shafts and slide bearings come from the WITTE modular system. The booster pumps of the BOOSTER series are used wherever particularly high pressure is required for the process. High pressures are required for pelletising, fibre production or for spinning pumps, among others.
