Cleco's Right Angle Grinders meet the challenging requirements of many industries. They feature a high-performance 1,25 kW motor, to maximize material removal rates for the most demanding applications. The Right Angle Grinders’ internal components are built to last long, and are protected by a dual-layer, high-impact housing providing extreme durability. GMN high-performance spindles with an integrated motor are designed for those applications and relevant installation situations in close collaboration with our customers. They are available as needed with a synchronous or asynchronous motor, for manual - HGS series - or automatic tool change - HGC, HGT series - and with oil-air or grease lubrication. Additional options are, for example, an AE sensor, vibration sensor or an automatic balancing system.

The lubricant-free drive of this grinding spindle based on a vane motor is unique and patented. Its great advantage: It provides the high performance of a vane motor and can still work completely lubrication-free. This model includes the BIAX hose unit with silencer.

ERC motor oil power additive with friction modifier reduces friction, wear, and sediments. It also improves the oil supply and stabilises viscosity with reduced oil sludge formation. All these features contribute to improved engine performance. THE EFFECT With the ageing of oil in everyday engine operation, build-up and clogging of filters and oil passages occur. ERC motor oil power additive removes this deposits, improves the oil supply, and protects metal surfaces.
