Load handling devices for heavy loads in mechanical and plant engineering. High rise storage facilities have asserted themselves in both the steel industry and in mechanical and plant engineering. MIAS is the specialist for load handling attachments in this field. For decades, MIAS has been building and setting up these exceptionally stable and sturdy devices, which are often used in extreme environmental conditions.

Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are always used for heavy duty applications when transporting heavy loads across challenging surfaces. They are frequently used for agricultural equipment, transport units for large components, forklift trucks and cleaning and sweeping machines. Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are multi-component tyres which are resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances. They provide a high level of operational comfort, low noise levels and good floor preservation.

The CR3 / CR3-5 industrial pallet with integrated reinforcement profiles is an all-rounder in the heavy-duty category and can be found in both pooling and internal logistics of many sectors. Thanks to its robust design and versatility it is ideally suited for high racking warehouses or on automated conveyor technology. Without steel profiles, the 3-runner CR3 and the five-runner CR3-5 are ideal for applications where high performance is crucial, but withouth the requirement for extreme load-bearing capacity. The CR1 Euro pallet is firmly established as a multi-use pallet. The sturdy CR1 heavy-duty plastic pallet is optionally available with or without reinforcement profiles and has delivered top performances in internal logistics processes of various industries. Heavy-duty grease: high-performance lubricant for demanding industrial applications The heavy-duty grease is based on a lithium complex soap and is enriched with high-performance additives and additives to provide outstanding corrosion and wear protection as well as high ageing resistance.

Blickle cast iron wheels are made from robust grey cast iron with a hardness of 180 to 220 HB. They are extremely wear-resistant and provide very little rolling and swivel resistance. Cast iron wheels are self-lubricating due to the graphite which they contain. However, they should always be sufficiently lubricated using the grease nipple, particularly when using the plain bore version. Due to the relatively high level of floor pressure, care must be taken when using this wheel series on sensitive surfaces. The silver coating on the wheels can change colour at high temperatures, but this does not affect the corrosion protection provided by the coating. Standard cast iron wheels are designed for use in temperatures of up to 120°C.

The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

RK Rose+Krieger has expanded its range of electric cylinders with the introduction of an additional electromechanical heavy-duty cylinder: the SLZ 63. Thanks to its square shape, slots in the external profile and fitting dimensions according to DIN ISO 15552, the SLZ 63 can be integrated flexibly into a wide range of customer-specific applications.

M-200 LIQUID EXTRA HEAVY DUTY CLEANER, is the most abrasive cleaner and the first to be used after the sanding procedure - then followed with M-300 LIQUID HEAVY DUTY CLEANER (fine abrasive), for the final high gloss surface. The unique feature of the polishing alumina used for the OSKAR'S M-200 and M-300, is that the abrasive particles „break-down" to finer and finer particle size, during the appli­cation, and thereby ensure both effective and gentle cleaning and polishing action simultaneously, without any possible damage to the gel-coat.
