In this way, the batteries are better protected against strong or fluctuating temperature influences. This means that they are less prone to failure and have a significantly longer service life and performance. Preheating, warm up or heating in continuous operation The heating mats are equipped with a performance tailored to the customer and regulate the temperature of the batteries and rechargeable batteries according to the necessary conditions. With optional equipment such as self-adhesive foil (one-sided or double-sided foil lamination), these can be attached to the battery or the block super easily. Open wire heating elements are the best solution for air heating when used in fans. Because of our longlasting experience in this field, we can offer you a series construction in most cases. To use our open wire or coil heating elements in air, the installation of a cut-out is necessary (heat accumulation). The connection is done by a plug at the element (Faston 4,8 or 6,3) or by a cord set. Our extended range of air heater variants comprises: -> Heaters for Laundry Dryers (series & spare parts types) -> Heaters for Cross Flow Fan -> Heaters for Powerful Radial Blowers -> Heating Crosses & Special Designs Various special designs for airflow heating, deploying heater spirals on insulating mica support, are available. They are required when the available space for installation is limited and defined geometrical air ducts do not exist. All special open wire heaters are individual designs, i.e. custom-made.

The higher process temperatures, the higher the technical requirements for the temperature machine. Decades of experience in construction of temperature machines for heat carrier oil applications up to 400°C makes us the preferred partner of many customers for applications of this kind, particularly in the area of pressing and extrusion. Dimensioning of our teco tt/th series up to 400°C is based on DIN 4754. Design and technical configuration of all temperature controllers are based on the requirements of this norm. Exact film temperature calculation ensures, in combination with flow monitoring, efficient and at the same time reliable operation in all operating conditions. A lockable filter in the circulating medium return line is a standard installation; another installed feature is an expansion vessel with a cold oil container for reliable prevention of damage by oxidation due to oxygen accumulation in the heat carrier.

We can offer finishing lines for glass fabric with extremely light surface weights for the production of circuit boards including highttemperature treatment up to 450°C, finishing lines for woven glass fabric for the production of glass wall paper and for the construction of reinforcement and grinding disks. We also can supply modules such as unwinding units, heating presses, fabric accumulators, drying and heat treatment units, traction units, stretching units, selvedge gumming and cutting units and batchers used as individual units.
