Radome antennae TC is working with the customer to develop suitable solutions for antenna systems. This ranges from small batches all the way up to largescale production, naturally including the necessary mounting and connecting parts such as cover components with cable bushing, brackets for mobile phone masts, etc. The parts are processed on our highprecision 5axis CNC machinery.

Volumetric cup fillers enable the volumetric dosing of granular products. They can be fitted to all models of vertical form fill and seal machines and are offered in two series: 6 cups or 12 cups. Both models are equipped with a feed hopper with controlled outlet, a product level sensor, a series of cups made of food-grade material, a fixed lower cup carrier and, in automatic mode, a height-adjustable upper cup carrier with cup level sensor. The product is unloaded by gravity at the inlet of the packaging machine and, for fine products, the unloading system is equipped with a flap that prevents the product from spilling.

The Gronemeyer FIFO spiral buffer stores general cargo and bulk goods. The products are transported on a plastic mat conveyor chain. The chain is wound around one or two rotating towers in a spiral. The design of the machine permits storing unpackaged food. The machine works according to the First In-First Out principle. The Gronemeyer revolving storage is the space-saving solution for storing solid, cube-shaped general cargo. The storage process occurs in cycle operation. The products move into the machine batch-by-batch and are stored vertically in compartments. The machine works according to the First In-Last Out principle. The Gronemeyer accumulation table can store large quantities of glasses, bottles or tins. The products are pushed to the accumulation table if there is backlog. The products are later re-fed into production by operating the system in reverse. The machine works according to the First In-Last Out principle. In case of malfunction, the electrical control system activates the accumulation table based on sensor messages. After the malfunction ends, the stored products are automatically fed into the line. The Gronemeyer depalletizer is an economical alternative to a completely automatic machine. It is used when processing small to mid-sized numbers of items. An individual arrangement of depalletizers lets one person operate several machines. Easy operation allows for a short training period for new personnel.
