The STRATE AWALIFT 80 is the system preferred for draining single- and two-family homes where the drainpipe is below the backwater level (acc. to DIN 1986-100) and the houses cannot be drained using natural gradient. DIN EN 12056-4 specifies the backwater level here as being the road surface of the connection point to the public sewage system. The AWALIFT 80 was specially developed as a small system for building services engineering (max. 12 residents). This means that for the first time, demanding users now have a sewage pumping station available in patented and tried-and-trusted separator technology, which employs polymer components throughout. And the separator system effectively prevents pump blockage. Redundant twin measuring system where there is a requirement for increased operational safety for sewage pumping stations (e.g. main pumping station) in building service engineering and for municipal applications. Product features The twin measuring system MWAS-BN uses two mutually independent measuring systems which work in different ways. The analogue sensor AS for integration in the pump control unit is combined with the pneumatic-mechanical contact sensor system MB. If one of the two measuring systems fails, emergency control is automatically triggered by the other measuring system.

ERC motor oil power additive with friction modifier reduces friction, wear, and sediments. It also improves the oil supply and stabilises viscosity with reduced oil sludge formation. All these features contribute to improved engine performance. THE EFFECT With the ageing of oil in everyday engine operation, build-up and clogging of filters and oil passages occur. ERC Trak with BL-U 100 was specially developed for use in diesel generators with extended downtimes. THE EFFECT Many diesel engines are only operated sporadically or at certain times of year, such as in harvesting machinery, diesel generators, snowploughs, or sport boats. Their downtimes often exceed the storage life of the diesel fuel. Deposits and filter blockages may occur by aging products. Furthermore, increased corrosion may occur. THE RESULT With the newly developed additive ERC Trak with BL-U 100, the storage life and thermal stability of diesel fuel are doubled. Detergents clean and protect injection nozzles and injectors, the fuel system, and the engine interior. Engine efficiency and performance reliability are improved. ERC Trak with BL-U 100 sustainably prevents carbonisation on the injection nozzles and offers an additional extensive performance package for more power, a longer engine service life, and smoother running.

ERC Dynamic with BL-U 100 improves the performance of standard diesel to make it premium diesel and is especially well-suited for independent petrol stations or fleets. The Effect With its active performance ingredients, ERC Dynamic with BL-U 100 adapts normal diesel to the requirements of the latest engines and is especially interesting for petrol stations. The combination of active ingredients in ERC Dynamic with BL-U 100 increases the efficiency of diesel engines in a variety of ways. Thanks to ERC Dynamic with BL-U 100, there is also premium quality diesel at the petrol station. The Result Deposit Control Additivs (DCA) in ERC Dynamic with BL-U 100 clean and protect injection nozzles, the fuel system, and the engine interior. The increase of the cetane number assures improved cold start behaviour and smooth engine running. Corrosion is prevented and the service life of the engine is extended. The foam reducing agent enables quicker and more complete refuelling.

ERC LPG GasLube Premium is designed for the protection of valves and valve seats in LPG-powered vehicles and is suitable for all commercially available additive dosing systems. THE EFFECT As a result of the lubrication qualities lacking in the fuel for LPG operation, special additives must be supplied to the combustion chamber by means of a dosing unit for the optimal lubrication and protection of the valves against severe stress during the combustion process.
