High performance and extreme acid resistant mortar for protection of mineral substrates in acid-proof installations and industrial areas. Extreme high chemical resistance at the range of pH 0 – 14 according to EN 12808. Maleki-TPC 200 sets new standards in the protection of mineral surfaces against high acid loads and extreme thermal stresses. Maleki-TPC 200 can withstand both concentrated acids and temperatures of up to 1350°C. Both existing and new concrete surfaces can thus be permanently protected. EXCOR VALENO Skin Film adheres to the packed product as tightly as a second skin and retains the product on the so-called skinboard. VCI skin packages are particularly suitable for protecting small items and replacement parts from mechanical and corrosive damage. In practical applications it is advisable to combine EXCOR VALENO Skin Film with EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard because fibre boards with no corrosion protection can induce corrosion if they come into direct contact with metal surfaces. All EXCOR VALENO Skin Films are suitable for use in packing machines.

EXCOR VALENO Layer Boards offer highly versatile structural anti-corrosion packaging suitable for use as lattice box lining, box dividers, interleaving sheets or small containers. Their durability makes VALENO Layer Boards ideal for multiple or long-term use. Depending on operational conditions, their depot-like nature means that EXCOR VALENO Layer Boards can diffuse VCI for up to five years, offering secure, long-term corrosion protection.

EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is used to protect metal surfaces from mechanical and corrosive damage and as protective packaging for small items and replacement parts. When coming into contact with bare metal surfaces, board with no corrosion protection can experience corrosion. Abrasion-proof EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard is visually indistinguishable from uncoated board. In practical applications it is advisable to use a combination of EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard and EXCOR VALENO Skin Film. During the skin packing process EXCOR ABRIGO Skinboard binds optimally with EXCOR VALENO Skin Film, without emitting any odours.
