Small and easy to manoeuvre – Mobilformers MZ 30 for vessel flanging These portable forming pliers are the ideal tool for the flanging of cylinders, baffles and cones and can also be used for neck correction and general adjusting tasks. They are available with various quick-exchange tool inserts so that they can be configured to suit any forming task. The pliers are guided by hand along the workpiece. With its huge horizontal throat of 800 mm, the Kraftformer KF 800 allows new possibilities to fabricate large-scale sheet metal parts. ECKOLD extrusion embossing allows for direct screwing in sheet metal and does away with press-fitted or welded nuts. The embossed structure formed in the process increases the number of turns for the screw and thus enhances its grip.
