The VCI protection becomes part of the tray and - combined with a closed outer packaging - makes further corrosion protection unnecessary. If used according to the instructions, EXCOR EMIBO VCI diffusers provide corrosion protection for up to 15 years. If the packaging is re-used, the capsules can be replaced as and when the circumstances of your product cycle allow. EXCOR will be glad to offer advice on suitable replacement intervals. On request EXCOR can provide EMIBO Classic capsules fitted with self-adhesive strips or Velcro to allow them to be attached to the packaging.
