Reinforced glass - Import export

Simply as a replacement for steel! Plastic does not corrode and is much less costly than steel when ordered in large batches. Glass fibre reinforcement makes the plastic tough and loadbearing. Upon request, we can check whether your steel or stainless steel parts can be replaced by glass fibre-reinforced polyamides or polyurethanes at lower cost. Threads and internal threads are also possible, also steel inlays. It just depends on the batch size.

We accompany you with our design and development from the idea to series production! We process all common thermoplastics for you. Besides polyurethane, these are mainly: PE (polyethylene), PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), POM, ASA, TPU, PP, TPE as well as glass fiber reinforced plastics. Advantages of the injection molding process are low unit costs with high batch sizes. Before an injection mold is ordered, we build view samples for you as laser-sintered elements or by means of 3D printing. In this way, the desired part can already be viewed without having to spend a lot of money. Our machines inject molded parts from 5 to 6000 grams.

Different mesh sizes with open areas of 60% max. make Forbo mesh belts ideal processing belts for cleaning, drying, filtering and cooling. The belts can be supplied in different versions, for example with reinforced belt edges, with fibre-glass or Kevlar-fabric, with tracking- and lateral-profiles.

STRATE AWALIFTSCHACHT pre-fabricated shafts are used in private, industrial and municipal areas where the installation of sewage pumping stations within existing or planned buildings is not possible. The different design sizes of the pre-fabricated STRATE AWALIFT shafts allow the optimum size to be assigned to every individual AWALIFT pumping station. The possible installation of basement draining pumps in pump sumps is taken into consideration in the shaft dimensions. One-piece compound structure made of glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) from a shaft pipe diameter of 1000 mm to 2900 mm, cover and base plate made of reinforced concrete. Absolute water-tightness provides for excellent suitability for further purposes e.g. as an inspection, cleaning or valve shaft. polyTOP is a weather-resistant enclosure made from glass-fibre reinforced polyester. Thanks to the wide range of standard sizes, the enclosure is ideal for all types of electronic or electrical internal mountings. There are several fastening sockets in the bottom with M6 threaded bushing for the attachment of mounting plates or circuit boards. The lid screws of the enclosure are made of corrosion-resistant polyamide and are available in a number of different shapes. Supporting rails, terminals, cable glands and other accessories are also available.

Unidirectional ventilation fans with a diameter of 250 mm to 2745 mm. Pinhole to be made according to customer´s requirements. Ventilation fans available in either glass-fibre reinforced plastic or aluminium; application temperature – 40 °C to 110 °C and up to 150 °C with aluminium (245°C *).
