At home in every sector Hilgefort produces and assembles all steel, special steel, copper and aluminium components imaginable, ranging from simple individual components through to complex systems, for customers in a wide range of industries. The maximum possible dimensions for one-piece components are a diameter of up to 7 m and a length of up to 100 m. Larger assemblies are manufactured in segmented designs. This facilitates movement of unit weights up to 300 tons on the rotary devices (hydraulic lift for loading the trailer). The capacity of each of the hall cranes is around 100 tons of unit weight. ERC Guard Kinetic supplements light heating oil with additional characteristics which optimise it for stationary engines and enables the operation of diesel CHPs with more affordable heating oil. THE EFFECT ERC Guard Kinetic was specially developed for combined heat and power plants and other stationary engines which can be operated with any type of less expensive heating oil instead of diesel. The exclusively formulated combination of active ingredients lends the heating oil the characteristics which it lacks for effective and gentle operation in diesel engines. ERC Guard Kinetic is suitable for all heating oil types with a bio share of up to 20% and improves the characteristics of standard diesel. The heating oil with additive is primarily used for combined heat and power plants, from the macro to the mini, to the future micro CHPs designed for individual homes.

The temperature transmitter PA2530 with mit IO-Link is suitable for hygienic temperature measurement in connection with the following resistance thermometers ■ MiniTherm, Type series GA27 (see data sheet T4-014, T4-015 and T4-017) ■ Clamp-on, Type series GA2610 (see data sheet T4-028) Due to its compact design the transmitter fulfils the hygienic requirements of plant and machinery engineering.
