The multi-function unit is a universal C-shaped stationary machine designed for sheet metal utilising industries as a machine for every situation. In respect to working with sheet metal and profiles in aluminium, steel or stainless steel many demands are realised with the multi-function unit MFG 500/150 E. Accordingly the machine is used for clinching, self-piercing riveting, punching, pressing-in and embossing. However a new machine is not needed every time but merely an appropriate tool holder is inserted and the machine is ready for a further task. You can also choose from standardised tool holders or a custom-manufactured tool holder according to your needs. Required tools (punches and dies) and tool holders are not included in the scope of delivery. They must be chosen separately, based on the actual task. ERC Flow Guard Premium is a flow enhancer with very good mixing behaviour for the use of diesel fuel and heating oil in the winter. THE EFFECT Heating oil and diesel fuel are already relatively winter-proof, but when it is very cold, the contained paraffins can separate and agglomerate. Consequently, they clog lines and filters, in which case the heating system or the engine no longer runs properly or can even shut down. THE RESULT ERC Flow Guard Premium contains so-called nucleating agents which are available in surplus in the cooling paraffin condensation cores. As a result, smaller growth crystals form instead of larger. The minuscule growth crystals can easily pass through lines and filters without causing clogging. In addition, a surface limiter envelops the paraffin crystals and keeps them in suspension. As a result, larger clumps cannot form at a later time, either.

ERC Flow Guard is a flow improver that burns ash-free for heating oil during winter use, and is also effective in heating oil with a bio share of up to 20 %. The Effect Heating oil is already relatively winter-proof, but when it is very cold, the contained paraffins can separate and agglomerate.
