The modular design enables eurolaser systems to be specially configured to suit every requirement. We analyze your requirements and configure the laser system individually for you. The usage of eurolaser laser machines enables you to process a wide range of materials, such as cutting of plastics, foams, textiles, adhesive foils, wood, acrylic, composite materials and much more. We are pleased to run a cutting test in our Application Center by using your individual material. Subsequently, you will receive a detailed test report in order to identify how your material was cut and engraved with our laser machines.

The cutting machine M-1600 offers laser cutting and engraving applications for the highest demands. With the optional eurolaser shuttle table system the productivity can be increased – offering a processing area of 1,330 mm x 1,630 mm (52.3" x 64.2"). profiPANEL enables a total of eight mounting depths to be provided for. Thanks to this wide range of depths, profiPANEL therefore enables almost every conceivable configuration for the internal mounting of components to be realised. The enclosure front of the profiPANEL system is manufactured made-to-measure and provides for the almost edgeless and flush mounting of a front plate. Appropriate cut-outs for a display, switches and more are included in the service provided by ROLEC and are produced ex-works to meet customer specifications. The profiPANEL series includes two desk models for internal mounting. An ergonomically designed profile handle system is available for even more convenient handling, particularly with the deeper profile versions. There is also a 450-mm wide latching keyboard holder as an alternative to the desk, which can be enhanced and/or extended by an additional mouse holder.

ECKOLD Handformer HF 100 for stretching, shrinking, notching, hole punching, edging and clinching. The HF 100 makes forming easy, as it does away with time-consuming hammer beating. The HF 100 is able to stretch and shrink sheet metal and profiles up to 1.5 mm (steel) or 2.0 mm (Aluminium) in thickness. The Handformer is a stationary machine with a throat depth of up to 100 mm, and is mainly used in trade workshops. ECKOLD Handformer HF 100 PA for stretching, shrinking, notching, hole punching, edging and clinching. When working with the HF 100 PA, you can use both hands to hold and guide your workpiece, while the precision strokes are triggered with a foot pedal. The Handformer HF 100 PA is therefore the ideal device for the forming of large, unwieldy workpieces. The machine is pneumatically driven and features a pressure control device to prevent tool overload.
