The MZD 60/6, MZD 60/6 D, MZD 60/6 W and MZD 60/6 D-W portable clinching pliers are hand-guided machines. These ECKOLD pliers come with a large throat and a high press force, which makes them the ideal tool for all clinching options. They can be customised with exchangeable tool holders for a wide range of applications. The clinching pliers have been specially designed for mobile use and come with a single-acting hydraulic cylinder producing a press force of max. 60 kN or 80 kN. The pliers are connected to the hydraulic unit with a 6 m hydraulic hose and a hydraulic drive unit. The various pliers are customised for specific applications. The stationary clinching unit DFG 400/50 PH is our cheapest model with which you can enter into a stationary and reliable production. A compressed air connection with a maximum inlet pressure of 16 bar is necessary and the operating pressure is adjustable. The MZD 25/3 PH portable clinching pliers are light in weight, ergonomically designed and extremely sturdy. The multi-function unit is a universal C-shaped stationary machine designed for sheet metal utilising industries as a machine for every situation. In respect to working with sheet metal and profiles in aluminium, steel or stainless steel many demands are realised with the multi-function unit MFG 500/150 E. Accordingly the machine is used for clinching, self-piercing riveting, punching, pressing-in and embossing. However a new machine is not needed every time but merely an appropriate tool holder is inserted and the machine is ready for a further task. You can also choose from standardised tool holders or a custom-manufactured tool holder according to your needs. ECKOLD Handformer HZ 52 ideal for use on construction sites The ECKOLD hand pliers HZ 52 are specially designed for doing adjustments and corrections at the worksite by stretching and even shrinking. They can handle sheet metal and profiles up to 1.0 mm thickness or aluminium up to 1.5 mm thickness. HZ 52 hand pliers are used for correcting or adjusting metal profiles and sheet flanges by shrinking or stretching to make them fit perfectly. Furthermore, clinching (connecting metal parts without heat or additional fasteners) is possible. Changing of the application just by changing the tools. For our Handformers, we offer a wide range of tools (tools are not included in the scope of delivery of these pliers). ECKOLD Handformer HF 100 PA for stretching, shrinking, notching, hole punching, edging and clinching. When working with the HF 100 PA, you can use both hands to hold and guide your workpiece, while the precision strokes are triggered with a foot pedal. The Handformer HF 100 PA is therefore the ideal device for the forming of large, unwieldy workpieces. The machine is pneumatically driven and features a pressure control device to prevent tool overload.
