External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

The Gronemeyer bottle turner permits interior cleaning of new glass, tins, etc. Blow-out-, ionisation or vibration bars are offered in addition in order to optimize cleaning performance. Cleaning occurs during continuous material flow. Blown out particles are collected on drawers or as an other option with a suction system. In addition to turning and cleaning, differences in height can be overcome at the same time. The Gronemeyer case turner works according to the same principle. The case turners are often integrated into the case washer. This bourdon tube pressure gauge with switch function (electrical contact device) has been especially constructed for the operation with diaphragm seals. A custom bourdon tube that is reduced in volume produces a very slight temperature error. Diaphragm seals with reduced diaphragm surface areas may also be used.
