Volumetric cup fillers enable the volumetric dosing of granular products. They can be fitted to all models of vertical form fill and seal machines and are offered in two series: 6 cups or 12 cups. Both models are equipped with a feed hopper with controlled outlet, a product level sensor, a series of cups made of food-grade material, a fixed lower cup carrier and, in automatic mode, a height-adjustable upper cup carrier with cup level sensor. The product is unloaded by gravity at the inlet of the packaging machine and, for fine products, the unloading system is equipped with a flap that prevents the product from spilling.

ERC Trak with BL-U 100 was specially developed for use in diesel generators with extended downtimes. THE EFFECT Many diesel engines are only operated sporadically or at certain times of year, such as in harvesting machinery, diesel generators, snowploughs, or sport boats. Their downtimes often exceed the storage life of the diesel fuel. Deposits and filter blockages may occur by aging products. Furthermore, increased corrosion may occur. THE RESULT With the newly developed additive ERC Trak with BL-U 100, the storage life and thermal stability of diesel fuel are doubled. Detergents clean and protect injection nozzles and injectors, the fuel system, and the engine interior. Engine efficiency and performance reliability are improved. ERC Trak with BL-U 100 sustainably prevents carbonisation on the injection nozzles and offers an additional extensive performance package for more power, a longer engine service life, and smoother running.

For installation into pipes to the protection of vessels and components against deflagration of flammable liquids and gases. Approved for all substances of explosion group IIA1 (old: I) with a maximum experimental safe gap (MESG) ≥ 1.14 mm. Bi-directionally working in pipes, whereby an operating pressure of 1.2 bar abs. and an operating temperature of 60 °C must not be exceeded. The distance between a potential ignition source and the flame arrester must not exceed 50 times the inner pipe diameter. An installation into horizontal and vertical pipes is permissible. To detect a thermal load on the KITO® flame arrester element in operation a temperature sensor can be implemented as an option into the flame arrester body. Proof against “stabilized burning” and withstand this up to a max. burn time BT = 1.0 min.
