GC green 2012-91 MI T15 contains 20% natural fibers and is a biomaterial - allrounder for various extrusion applications. With GC green you get a resource-saving and home-compostable material with ground sunflower seed hulls. The fibers from sunflower seed hulls are a by-product of sunflower oil production. They are GMO-free, do not compete with food and do not require additional acreage. Often this material has already been used for various biodegradable labels. In order to provide you with an optimal color selection, we have had 10 masterbatch colors certified by TÜV Austria. We will be happy to advise you. The cutting machine M-1600 for foils and membrane switches offers laser cutting and engraving applications for the highest demands. With the optional eurolaser shuttle table system the productivity can be increased – offering a processing area of 1,330 mm x 1,630 mm (52.3" x 64.2"). This combination is ideal for cutting of plastic foils.

The laser cutter M-800 with a processing area of 1330 x 830 mm (52.3" x 32.6") is well-prepared for all applications in the fields of laser cutting of foils and membrane switches. A special feature is the optional shuttle table system, which almost doubles your productivity, enabling you to hold all the aces even with a “smaller“ laser cutter.

The eurolaser laser cutting machine M-1200 for foils and membrane switches is a compact model with a processing area of 1,230 x 1,330 mm (48.4" x 52.3"). Just like all eurolaser laser cutting machines the sealed-off laser technology in connection with exchangeable modular assembly groups reduces the lifecycle costs to a minimum. An investment which pays off!

Ready-made bags and covers simplify the packing process and provide a sealed protective area. EXCOR VALENO Bags and Covers are made from a protective polyethylene film. The EXCOR VCI substance impregnated into the polyethylene provides metal products with long-term protection. Additional extras are available such as self-sealing, customer-specific printing, ESD protection, fire retardant properties, specific mechanical strength properties and transparency and may be combined as desired.

Via laminating we produce bonding sheets for your special needs. Different non ferrus metal! foils are continiously glued together with plastic films. High performance glues create compounds which correspond to your technical needs of the designated use.

By a process of embossing we structure surfaces of metal strips and foils. Technical structures are created which give you a better stability in your processing as well as a wear-resistant surface. Foils and strips of aluminium, cupper or steal of all degree of hardening will be formed for you. The process of producing directs the adaptation of width and length of the coils. The processed foil can be used by you in an optimum way.

According to customers' request, laminated foils out of non ferrus metals and film will be finished. We produce coils in fitting length and width as well as individual core diameters. We produce foils and strips with the mechanical datas which accord exactly to your technical requirements.

We print aluminium and bonding sheets inline. Design, colour as well as technical requirements for the designated use will be coordinated with you directly. Technical foils are given the look which emphasize the designated use and significance of your products.

We reinforce aluminium foils to bonded sheets by additional layers. We use tissues and "fleece" with different structures. The raw material could be glass or polyester. The reinforced metal foils achieve increased performance concerning the sections stability and tensile strength as requested.
