The ViscoDuo-VM 2-component dispenser is a valveless dosing system for static mixing based on the proven progressive cavity technology and thanks to its purely volumetric precise dosing principle, is ideally suited for high-precision dosing tasks. Built according to modular structure, a configuration of the 2-component dosing systems as well as maintenance and part exchange at module level is possible. The material components are mixed downstream of the mixing head only in the mixing tube to prevent material hardening in the system components of the mixing head. Flutainer® offer perfect conditions for the transport and storage of liquids and paste-like goods. Additionally, they save valuable storage space, because they can be stored space-saving before they are filled and after they have been discharged. This flexible bulk container can be built up by only one person in less than one minute. Rigid containers need the same space, no matter whether they are empty or filled. Flutainer® are different: Flutainer® are only built up when they are needed, for example for liquid sugar, to store auxiliary material for textiles or powder which is sensitive to pressure. Flutainer® are made up of a fabric container on the outside and a multiple PE-inner lining, a wooden pallet, four steel poles and a stacking frame. Working with the HB 950 is ideal if the hot-melt adhesive is applied from above. By hanging the hand gun on a balancer, you can work in a way that is gentle on the muscles and tendons. The safety and protection of the user are ensured by the insulation of the handle, which also does not transport any adhesive. A 1.2 mm bead nozzle is pre-assembled. The standard version has a PT100 temperature sensor, others are available on request.

The NS30 hot melt hoses serve as a heated and flexible transport route for hot-melt adhesive, from a melter to a bead application head. This type enables reactive hot-melt adhesives, such as Polyurethane (PUR) or Polyolefine (POR) from aluminium cartridges to be processed. It is also possible to work horizontally or overhead. It’s in a class of its own: the smallest model in the wing.line® design series. Slim, black, blue and with a removable power plug. The device is able to process a stick without a power connection. Short-term applications outside or away from the workplace are now possible. The stand (removable) enables the gun to stand safely on the worktop. Without the stand, it can be used in places that are hard to reach. The illuminated on/off switch shows at a glance whether the device is switched on. 125 watts ensure that the operating temperature is quickly reached. The mounted 3.0 mm nozzle can be replaced if desired. Smaller and larger nozzle diameters are available on request.

The EcoResinator is particularly suited to full the specic demands that are made on the technology employed for the glue-blending system used to manufacture MDF. Siempelkamp has equipped the EcoResinator with Schlick two-component nozzles. The second component that is used with the glue is steam. The size of the glue droplets is set with the help of the steam pressure and quantity. The corresponding parameters required for achieving the best possible application of glue based on the breboard's density are stored in the program. The optimised gluing methods may either be used to improve strength with the same amounts of wood and glue o and bres while preserving the same strength. The EcoResinator can potentially save up to 15% of glue over classic b recommended for all MDF plants. The EcoResinator also oers benets when existing plants are modied at a later point in time.
