The transport platform GEDA 1500 Z/ZP unites two different machines in one: a hoist for materials with a load bearing capacity of 2000 kg and a transport platform for material and persons. In contrast to ordinary material hoists, for which the transport of people is strictly prohibited, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP may transport 7 people in addition to goods as soon as it has been switched to the operating mode “transport platform“. Just as for all other GEDA twin mast transport platforms, you can choose between a lot of different transport platforms and as many different types of roofs. The load platforms provide enough space for bulky and heavy building materials. This can help to improve logistics on site. In order to prevent people from falling down, hot-dip galvanized landing level safety gates with mechanically locked sliding doors are installed to all loading and unloading points.

Two units in one: a building hoist with a load bearing capacity up to 850 kg or a transport platform for a maximum of 5 people and loads up to 500 kg. The transport platform GEDA 500 Z/ZP offers a simple and good-value transport system for materials and people with a spacious transport platform, which is not closed on the top. The well-know GEDA steel mast segments stand for easy assembly directly from the transport platform up to a height of 100 m. Without using a crane, you can put on the handy 1.5 m mast segments and secure them with captive screws and locking nuts. In many areas of mechanical engineering, electromechanical drives are replacing hydraulic units in order to avoid the risk of oil leaking into water or the danger to people from burning liquids. Our electric lifting cylinders have been specially developed for use in hydraulic steel construction. They are suitable as drives for contactors and bridge actuation, as well as for lock gates and barrages. With our modular system, various designs such as trapezoidal, ball or planetary roller screw drive can be realized. Limit switches for permanent travel or load measurement can be integrated. The drive systems are equipped with environmentally friendly, biodegradable fat filled to meet the strict environmental requirements. They are characterized by a special design adapted to the intended use, a high level of serviceability and versatility. Our electric lifting cylinders form a reliable and sustainable alternative to hydraulic lifting cylinders in various fields of application.
