The RBK 60 S is an extremely robust water-cooled weld head for a standard heat exchanger application up to an ID of 60 mm, modified to an ID of 99 mm or 120 mm. The head is pneumatically centred and is available with a rotating wire device and/ or arc voltage control (AVC) as an option. The head can also be used with a pneumatic positioner instead of a balancer. Our new P 350 test bench unifies our years of experience with your advanced requirements for special hose equipment. The extra-large test chamber gives you the space you need for your challenge. Pallets with hoses as well as large, heavy hose coils can be easily supplied to the chamber by forklift. Hose samples are connected easily with adapter hose and quick connection to pressure ports. The P 250 Test Bench with Control C.2 IPC is a new modular test bench that can be adapted to your needs. It offers the possibility to test with Steck-o, Hand or Hydraulic quick cone system. For precise labelling, products with an accessible cavity are manually placed on a format mandrel. By actuating the foot switch or the optionally available 2-hand control, the labelling process is triggered, the product is rotated, and the label is applied precisely to the circumference of the product. If front and back labels are on one label roll, the system can also place several labels on the circumference. The distance between the labels can be adjusted in the PLC. Optionally, the labels can be aligned using a welding seam or other product features (such as opening tabs or lid recesses for tubes). A pneumatic ejection makes the removal process superfluous and blows the well labelled products into a collection box

The semi-automatic labeling machine TNC-R was developed for the all-round labeling of tubes. Small batches can be labeled quickly and precisely with the labeller. The tubes are placed manually in the labeling system. As soon as the 2-hand operation is activated, the automated labeling process starts. The product is rotated and shifted, then the wrap-around label is applied exactly to the product. A printing unit can be integrated for individual labeling of the tubes. You can easily print the labels yourself inline. The integration of a printing unit is suitable, for example, for laboratory tubes or sample vessels that have to be provided with individual data.

We manufacture reagent and centrifuge tubes in standard sizes and also with special dimensions and versions from soda glass, borosilicate glass, neutral glass, and quartz glass – optionally with or without flanged rim. All our tubes have a flame burnished rim and can be supplied with a rounded, flat or pointed conical bottom. We are able to process tubes with diameters up to 40 mm, and lengths up to about 500 mm – also thick-walled tubes. Special reagent micro tubes We are able to manufacture reagent micro tubes with rounded bottoms, i.e. with very small dimensions. For example, soda glass tubes with rounded bottom, flame burnished rim, 3 mm diameter, and a length of 20 mm. Test tubes with notch for thermal processes These special test tubes were developed to enable ventilation of the tube’s interior during a thermal process. The notch prevents complete closure and thus an over pressure.

Small tubes are required for handling and storing small quantities of samples. To comply with these requirements, we have adapted and extended our manufacturing capability. We are therefore now able to produce very short and very small sample tubes without problems. For example, tubes with 3 mm diameter, and a length of 20 mm.

If required, we can supply capillaries and tubes with predetermined break points. For this purpose, the component is notched at the required breaking location. If the component is then subjected to a bending force, it will break at the notched point. To prevent unintended breakage, we recommend using medium or thick-walled tubes and capillaries.

Twisted glass tubes and capillaries are produced simply by heating and twisting. By this means, the tubes obtain a large internal surface in relation to their length, enabling them to be used e.g. as cooling sections. Another application area is for ornamental and design articles.

We produce various tubes and glasses, e.g. for storing samples, tablets, and other sensitive materials that may not come into contact with plastic. We offer a wide range of tubes for the automatic or manual determination of the melting or boiling points of liquids and solids. For this, the samples are heated slowly in the test tube until they reach their melting or boiling point. Depending on the application and the temperature range, we use the following types of glass for our melting and boiling point tubes: Soda glass (standard) Borosilicate glass Quartz glass Optional end shapes: open at both ends one end closed both ends closed curved Dimensions: Length 50-300 mm Outer diameter 0,6-2 mm Inner diameter 0,3-1,6 mm U-tubes for determining the melting point Apart from the standard melting point tubes, we also manufacture special U-shaped tubes of soda glass. Hereby, the two legs of the U-tube have different lengths. As an additional option, the U-tubes can be fitted with a small funnel on one or both legs. Melting-& boiling point determination tubes

We supply suitable tubes for storing and handling small samples. Microanalysis tubes have rounded bottoms and are fitted with an intermediate partition. The shaped rim ensures optimum sealing with a suitable stopper plug, which we can also supply. As an alternative to the stopper plug seat, the tubes can be made with a flanged rim. The intermediate partition in the upper part of the tube seals off the actual sample chamber, so that the chamber volume is very small. Nonetheless, the tube's long base body ensures convenient handling. Our microanalysis tubes are available in clear glass as well as amber glass for light-sensitive samples. The tubes are made of high-quality soda glass with diameters of 5...7 mm and a convenient length of 80 mm.

Our sample tubes are used for X-ray fine structure analysis of single crystals, powder specimens, and liquid crystals. Based on the low absorption through the glass the extremely thin-walled capillaries allow the analysis of small samples sealed in a gas and moisture proof environment. According to the Debye-Scherrer method or in gerneral SAXS (small angle x-Ray scattering) and WAXS (wide angle x-Ray scattering) measurements can be made with our mark tubes, which are also named XRD capillaries. The wall thickness of only about 10 µm makes the tubes particularly suitable for high-precision measurements. Thanks to the wide funnel at the upper end, samples can be filled easily into tubes even with the smallest diameter.
