Our scope of supply includes: Consulting / Feasibility Studies Pilot Test Process Design Plant Engineering Project Management Procurement / Manufacturing / Delivery Erection / Installation Start-Up / Commissioning After-Sales Service Skid-Mounted Modules For more than 40 years SMS has been supplying skid-mounted units for the benifit of our customers. The skids are fully assembled, including piping, wiring and testing in the SMS Workshop or in our partners´ workshop. The modular design significantly reduces the required amount of work for assembly and start-up which minimizes the downtime of the existing plant equipment and - as a result - just minor effects occur on the current production.

After cleaning we use drying systems in order to achieve spotless drying, to protect corrosion-sensitive parts or to avoid water intake into production. The drying systems can be integrated in manual or fully-automatic cleaning processes. KLN manufactures various drying systems in several versions.

With this machine system KLN has created a reasonably priced solution for aqueous part cleaning. Application is possible in all ranges of industry and for all kinds of contamination. The components can be compiled for any process in a modular construction system. They can be supplemented by all systems for tank care as well by an automation of the cleaning processes. The complete PWA series is available also in special sizes. The PWA cleaning tanks are available for determination of residual contamination.

Metallic thinfilm systems are vaporized onto substrates to attain specific reflection and transmission values. Depending on the type of metal and the thickness of the layer, metallic splitter coatings are able to separate customerspecific wavelength areas.

Achromatic systems consist of two single lenses of different refraction that are cemented together. This avoids the inherent achromatic aberrations of single lenses that lead to blurred or distorted images. We produce these highquality optics with diameters of 10 50 mm and focal lengths of 20 250 mm. We supply black anodized aluminium mounts with all achromatic systems on request.

Our product range comprises objectives with focal lengths from 5 60 mm. Our objectives are all coated with a reflectionreducing coating and are computed and optimized for the intended application. Of course, we also design and compute customized objectives and systems to meet your special requirements.

Customer specific optomechanical and optomechatronic components Our strengths lie in the development and construction of optomechatronic systems from the feasibility study on the prototype tofit system integration. Befort maintains its own optics design & construction department. Optical designs are developed with the lens design Program ZEMAX© OpticStudio 15. The design process is particularly focused on a proper design for production. The admissible tolerances are a major factor for the price of an optical system, in addition to the selection of suitable glass. You can be assured that we will find the optimal solution for your specific problem based on our experience in the field of optics design. Optical imaging systems, laser optics and illumination systems can be measured and dimensioned with Zemax© OpticStudio 15. The 3D data of the optical design is transferred via an interface to the 3D CAD Product Design Program Inventor and with the support of Inventor the fitting mechanical solution is developed
