The SV 30 is a small stand mixer with manual stroke adjustment and spring suspended lid for small batches that range in volume from 20 l up to 100 l and agitator drives of up to 1.5 kW. It is supplied with helical gear agitators of up to 0.75 kW or fast running agitators of up to 1.5 kW and the suitable mixing elements. Thanks to the H stand as well as two hook blocks, the SV 30 can be moved. The weight is balanced by means of a counterweight positioned in the stand column itself. The pneumatic supply is guided through a laterally mounted energy chain. Explosion-proof design ATEX 2014/34/EU feasible.

The SOMOS® Gramix ExactDos dosing system is specifically designed for ultra-small volumes from a minimum throughput of 200 g/h (approx. 3.3 g/min) and can be combined with any continuous dosing unit.

SOMOS® RDX attachment dryers are designed for drying small volumes of polymer pellets with throughputs of around 8 to 10 kg/h using in-plant compressed air. They are ProTec's way of providing an economic alternative to conventional drying systems (e.g. adsorption dryers): the compressed air technology used combines perfect drying results with minimal operating costs and virtually maintenance free operation. SOMOS® RDX is available in 38 container sizes of 1 l to 82 l.

SOMOS® Volmix from ProTec is a highly accurate volumetric dosing and mixing system. Volmix stands for VOLumetric dosing and MIXing. The system supplies injection molding machines as well as extruders or blow molding machines with throughputs of up to 2,500 kg/h. A high-accuracy small-volume dosing unit for regrind for a throughput as low as 150 g/h is available as an option.

In addition to our glass needles, we supply matching small-volume standard Luer syringes for optimum handling of the needles. Thanks to the small volume of the syringe, the piston stroke can be controlled with high precision to ensure an optimum dosing result. Precise dosing is further supported by the piston's smooth movement. Conventional syringes have a volume of about 1 ml. in our one-way syringe, the volume has been halved to 0,5 ml. 0,5 ml syringes with low sliding force with silicon seal

We supply suitable tubes for storing and handling small samples. Microanalysis tubes have rounded bottoms and are fitted with an intermediate partition. The shaped rim ensures optimum sealing with a suitable stopper plug, which we can also supply. As an alternative to the stopper plug seat, the tubes can be made with a flanged rim. The intermediate partition in the upper part of the tube seals off the actual sample chamber, so that the chamber volume is very small. Nonetheless, the tube's long base body ensures convenient handling. Our microanalysis tubes are available in clear glass as well as amber glass for light-sensitive samples. The tubes are made of high-quality soda glass with diameters of 5...7 mm and a convenient length of 80 mm.
