The AViTEQ Hopper discharge unit is used below hoppers, silos, bunkers or bulk containers for flowable bulk materials and serves as a combined closure, discharge, transportation and metering device. It is used where high material flows are required. Short hopper discharge units are mounted directly below the bulk hopper. Depending on the bulk material, the discharge unit can be fitted with appropriate protective linear and sealing systems. The ROTOKOMBI system allows all rotary union and slip ring types to be combined. The result is a complete rotary transmission system from a single source, with perfectly matched interfaces. ROTOKOMBI systems ensure that an optimally adapted sealing system is available for any medium. For any type of electrical transmission a corresponding system is selected to ensure adequate reliability. Thanks to the modular design, individual components can be replaced, retrofitted or upgraded as necessary. All components are selected and combined to meet your specific demands, without limitations to the number of electrical poles, media or size. Special solutions such as ATEX/IECEx or certifications according to UL/CSA regulations are also available on request.

With the TNC-L model series, cardboard boxes and small cartons are provided with sealing or closure labels. The system can be infinitely adjusted to different formats. We determine the format range together with the customer. Optionally, labelling can also take place at several points - for this purpose, the product must be relocated in the system.

Our highly versatile glass nozzles are also suitable for high-pressure applications. Because glass nozzles are simply large micropipettes, they have similar characteristics. Their flexible design enables them to be adapted to practically every application. For example, nozzles with very short or very long tips with a uniform internal channel can be manufactured. Similarly, the nozzle diameter is freely selectable. The workpiece holders for shaping the tips range from 1,5 mm up to 10 mm. Good connections ... The nozzles can be adapted in various ways. Apart from standard plastic Luer connectors for outlet diameters between 1 and 2 mm, sealing beads for Swagelok couplings or customer-specific sealing systems can be provided. Very small nozzles can also be supplied with closed tip to prevent the fine opening from being contaminated.
