With the GESIPA® FireRex® it is possible for the first time to set huge numbers of blind rivet nuts fast and fully automatically. Since neither a camera nor any kind of optical device, which are usually dust-prone, are necessary to find the drilled hole, the system allows stable operation even in adverse production environments without requiring huge maintenance efforts. The setting tool can also be integrated into already existing production systems without a problem, thus allowing to make the systems more economical. The PAE range is an innovative new generation of pallet labellers that can label pallets on up to three sides with either pneumatic and/or electric traversing axles. The labels are printed with individual data in real time immediately before dispensing. The series is designed to integrate thermal transfer printing modules from different manufacturers. Automatic height adjustments are available as an option in order to Application heights on the pallet to start up. The complete traceability of products is essential nowadays, which is why interest in intelligent pallet labelling processes is so high. The system can handle label formats up to DIN A4 format, enabling product labelling according to the global GS1 standards.

SCARA Robot in Cleanroom-compatible Design IAI offers compact and powerful SCARA robots in cleanroom-ready design according to ISO standard 14644-1:2015. They are a popular option for small robotic assembly applications. These robots generate minimal dust, making them ideal for use in a cleanroom environment. The air inside the robot can be exhausted to create a negative pressure when ISO cleanroom class 3 conditions must be met.

IAI's new controller series: R-Unit R-Unit is the new generation of controllers that are coupled via module connections and are modularly interchangeable. These include the RSEL program controller for connecting up to 8 actuators (in combination with the REC EC control up to 16 actuators), the RCON position controller for up to 16 electric cylinders and the REC EC controller for motion control of up to 16 EleCylinder axes. Common to all of them are the linkable control units with identical connections, which allow a free selection and combination of connected electric actuators and their control methods. Mixed control of electric cylinders with 24 volt and 230 volt motors is also easily feasible.
