2.0 ERGO 230 is a compact, touchless cleanroom cleaning trolley of the second generation with plastic buckets. The special design allows the discarding of used mops at the back and therefore ensures a higher safety against cross-contamination. The unique ERGO mop wetting unit guarantees reproducible, disinfectant-saving liquid dosing in just one step and can be adapted to different fluid requirements thanks to various mop plates. The new mop discarding mechanism ensures a touchless and safe discarding of used mops. The standard PurMop® accessories include a mop handle holder on the side and a rear waste bag holder for PurMop® waste bags. 2.0 ERGO 230 has two additional plastic buckets, which can be used to store cleaning utensils.

The TAURUS® 2/K has been designed for setting plastic rivets. In its functionality the TAURUS® 2/K is identical to the standard tool, however has a stroke of 24 mm instead of 18 mm. Plastic rivets only need a low setting force, however, normally require large setting strokes due to the toughness of the plastic material. The TAURUS® 2/K allows to safely set plastic rivets with only one setting stroke! The TAURUS® 2/K comes with 3 nose pieces for plastic rivets 17/30 K, 17/35 K and 17/40 K included. The tote tank mixers CRP-E are equipped with a pneumatic drive. It has been especially designed for plastic IBCs with filling openings of at least 150 mm and volumes from 600 l up to 1,200 l. The fast running pneumatic agitators are equipped with bearing and coupling housings. By means of the maintenance unit, pressurized air is enriched with oil for the vane drive. The mixer is mounted on a container traverse bridge, which is included in the scope of supply and clamped with a rapid fixing system to the cage frame of the IBC. The plastic bulk of the container is therefore not harmed by any static or dynamic loads by the agitator. Folding propellers that fit through the filling opening DN 150 mm are used for geared agitators. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts with sleeve couplings or borne within the gear’s hollow shaft (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric run after assembly. Explosion-proof mixers are also feasible.
