The use of gas conducting hoses (e.g. air, nitrogene etc.) requires the perforation of the cover. The PR 10.2 tool provides an easy solution for quick pin pricking of the cover. Market established UNIFLEX quality gives you a precision tool for hoses up to an outer diameter of 45 mm (1,75 inch).

Our modular system provides cost-effective, simple and flexible integration of a perforation in your system. Working widths up to approx. 4 meters can be realized, optionally with manual or pneumatic delivery of the perforation roller. This gives you an exact setting of the perforation depth. A quick shift of one to another machine is also possible!

Standard for higher pin distribution, useful for changing the perforation pattern, can be supplemented with empty segments. They are made out of brass, steel, aluminium or plastic. When a segment is damaged, only the respective segment needs to be replaced.

Integratable in the production line, only the inspection windows of the bags will be perforated. The neighbor areas of the inspection windows are left unperforated. The perforation holes are melted down with hot needle rollers of steel at high temperatures.

This easy open solution stands out for its innovative die-cut technology and a straight tear-off edge. The shelf packaging enables product presentation in retail and can be easily opened without a knife or tear-open strip.Curved edges and Null-Dekolletés can be easily created with this technology.
