The iBird® Pro Gold Edition can be networked with a smartphone, tablet or PC via an app! The app is available for Android and iOs devices. It can be connected to three devices at the same time. With a setting force of 20,000 N and the well-proven brushless motor, the iBird® Pro Gold Edition is powerful and fast when setting blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm in any material. The optional Autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process, ensuring the iBird® Pro is immediately ready for operation. The iBird® Pro Gold Edition is extremely simple to connect thanks to the QR code located on your tool. Simply scan the QR code with the GESIPA® app and the iBird® Pro Gold Edition will automatically connect to your device. The optional setting process assistant from GESIPA® helps operators to adjust the setting process and evaluate riveting processes. The FireBird® Pro S Gold Edition with mechanical setting stroke adjustment. When setting a blind rivet nut size of the same length in consistent material thicknesses constant setting stroke should be used. The setting stroke corresponds to the distance the mandrel is drawn into the nose piece during the setting process and thus how far the blind rivet nut is upset. With the setting stroke adjustment this path can be set mechanically on the setting tool. Due to the brushless motor and the 20,000 N setting force, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is even stronger and sets blind rivets of all materials up to 6.4 mm diameter. The autoreverse function enables a faster setting process, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is ready for work again immediately. Thanks to a tool stroke of 25 mm, setting particularly long rivets is no problem. Thanks to its brushless design, the motor of the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is extremely durable and almost wear-free. In addition, it is equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the hole before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs, depending on the application.

Thanks to the brushless motor and the setting force of 20,000N, it is even able to set G-Bulb® and PolyGrip® blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm of all materials.
