IAI's new controller series: R-Unit R-Unit is the new generation of controllers that are coupled via module connections and are modularly interchangeable. These include the RSEL program controller for connecting up to 8 actuators (in combination with the REC EC control up to 16 actuators), the RCON position controller for up to 16 electric cylinders and the REC EC controller for motion control of up to 16 EleCylinder axes. Common to all of them are the linkable control units with identical connections, which allow a free selection and combination of connected electric actuators and their control methods. Mixed control of electric cylinders with 24 volt and 230 volt motors is also easily feasible.

The AViTEQ Vobtronic units are fully equipped controllers for the operation of vibrators. About a variety of standard features and special designs the controllers can be used in many different industries and variable to adapt to the work environment. VIBTRONIC® -controllers are designed to supply AC voltage to control magnetic vibrators. They operate according to the principle of voltage control (phase-fired control). For all standard voltages in the 50 and 60 Hz main supply, AViTEQ has a suitable controller available in either a built-in or housing design. The controllers have voltage compensation for fluctuations in the main supply and some models have a limited control that rotects the magnetic vibrator from impact. The setpoint specification can be set using a potentiometer or an external setpoint (0-10 VDC or 0/4-20 mA). The control elements are equipped with dovetail guides ("hard-slide" coating) or cross roller guides and are rack & pinion, micrometer or worm driven. They have minimized backlash and a straightness accuracy within a few microns. The control elements can be equipped with one or two knobs or without any knob. Multi-axle systems can be built up using the control elements and corresponding connection elements. An intermediate plate (B40-RP) is required to attach the tube elements.

The WEC/WDEC410 Series Single and Dual Input Electrodeless Conductivity Controllers measure conductivity of a solution via an encapsulated, non-contacting sensor to control replenishment pumps and alarms. They may be installed in a variety of very harsh chemical control applications, including oily cleaner baths, chromates, rinse tanks, fume scrubbers and other concentrated chemicals up to a conductivity of 1000 mS/cm. Four conductivity ranges may be selected to configure the controller over a wide range of applications. Choice of measurement units is µS/cm, mS/cm, ppm and % concentration.
