CO2 laser marking systems are part of the gas laser group: the laser beam is generated in an enclosed laser tube which is filled with carbon dioxide. The REA JET CL is suitable for the marking of packaging, glass, wood, plastics, PVC, anodized aluminum, the color removal on surfaces as well as direct marking of foods. In the creation of texts, graphics and characters there is complete freedom of design. Fiber laser marking systems are part of the solid-state laser group. The laser beam is created in a diode-activated optical fiber. The REA JET FL is suitable for permanent the marking of metal and plastic surfaces. The marking with codes, texts, numbers or logos may even take place on oily, corroded or above 1000°C hot surfaces. The latest generation of REA JET GK 2.0 high-resolution coding and marking systems using piezo technology is suitable for direct, high-contrast coding and marking on absorbent and porous surfaces, such as wood, cardboard and paper, with a variable print height of up to 100 mm. The REA JET SC enables contact free printing of 1 to 8-line texts, dates, barcodes, Data Matrix codes and logos in high resolution, and with print heights up to 12 mm. NanoGlue serves as the ideal assembly station for opto-electronic components, such as photonics circuits,waveguides, diode lasers and photodiodes as well as lenses and modulators. It provides active alignment in all six degrees of freedom followed by epoxy gluing with UV curing.

The NanoWeld stations provide the ideal platform for the development and production of opto-electronic components, like singleand multi-channel transmitters and receivers. The station works with exchangeable trays and grippers accepting all device housing types and lenses, optical fibers or receptacles to be aligned and attached. Cycle times for the rapid mass production of TOSA type assemblies reach less than 25 seconds while it takes several minutes for complex devices.All components and subassemblies to build the NanoWeld station are of highest quality and performance. Even customized systems start from a common platform which minimizes development time and cost. By using device-specific trays and grippers, the time to change between different batch processes or device types is reduced to the minimum. Loading and unloading of these trays is performed on a separate loading station outside of the automated NanoWeld. The automated alignment starts from a known reference position.

KLN has developed spray unit concepts, e. g. for precision cleaning of electronic components, here focusing on cleaning of DCB, ceramics and polymer-FR4-SMD in inline continuous spray units. KLN plans and manufactures cleaning plants using state-of-the-art technologies. The machine concept is adapted to the referring chemical products used, thus safe monitoring and process control is guaranteed. We offer a range of 7-Segment-Modules (Digital-Modules) with integrated driver IC. Some of these products are ready for use as a full operating voltmeter. You can also use these products for different purposes as a "Multirange Measurement Instrument". Some applications for example are: voltage measurement, current measurement, resistance measurement, AC-voltage measurement, temperature measurement and more. Most of our LCD-panels operate within the wide temperature range (-20°C to +70°C). For the static types the Vlcd is ready for 3Volt. For most of our MUX-displays, we offer a 3Volt and a 5Volt model. Most LCD-panels are available in reflective and transflective version. In general, we offer a standard pinlength, but for the highrunners we also have different pinlengths from stock. Please ask us in case you want a different pinlength. For the LCD-panels without pins, we also offer elastomeric connectors (zebras). For outdoor applications (e.g. fuel stations, automotive), we offer suitable LCD-displays (extreme wide temperature range, UV-stability etc.) New technical concepts allow us to achieve wide temperature range LCD-panels without price increase. Most of our modules operate within the wide temperature range (-20°C to +70°C) without negative voltage. A contrast-voltage of ~ 4,5 Volt is required (against Vdd). The twist of 240° results in excellent contrast and improved viewing cone. We use a 16pin version PCB with optional pins for the LED-backlight (A/K). Our modules have LED-limit-resistances already on board. These resistors can be changed or bridged easily. If neccessary, the power consumption and brightness can be optimized as per customer's request. The metal bezel is set on ground. If neccessary, our PCB is prepared for disconnection. We offer a variety of Graphic-modules starting from 120 x 32 dots to 320 x 240 dots (1/4 VGA). Most of our modules operate within the wide temperature range (-20°C to +70°C). Depending on the multiplex rate we have designed several models in STN and FSTN technology. For the backlight we use LED, EL or CCFL depending on type of color, quality, lifetime and price. Different kind of technologies are possible: COB is available for most modules using backlight. COG is recommended for applications where space is limited.
