Fiber laser marking systems are part of the solid-state laser group. The laser beam is created in a diode-activated optical fiber. The REA JET FL is suitable for permanent the marking of metal and plastic surfaces. The marking with codes, texts, numbers or logos may even take place on oily, corroded or above 1000°C hot surfaces. The latest generation of REA JET GK 2.0 high-resolution coding and marking systems using piezo technology is suitable for direct, high-contrast coding and marking on absorbent and porous surfaces, such as wood, cardboard and paper, with a variable print height of up to 100 mm. The REA JET SC enables contact free printing of 1 to 8-line texts, dates, barcodes, Data Matrix codes and logos in high resolution, and with print heights up to 12 mm. The robust and stainless steel housing with IP54 protection class and the intuitive operation make this coding and marking solution suitable for smooth surfaces like foils, laminates and a very wide assortment of plastics and metals. CO2 laser marking systems are part of the gas laser group: the laser beam is generated in an enclosed laser tube which is filled with carbon dioxide. The REA JET CL is suitable for the marking of packaging, glass, wood, plastics, PVC, anodized aluminum, the color removal on surfaces as well as direct marking of foods. In the creation of texts, graphics and characters there is complete freedom of design. The basic concept of this system is to label form bottles on both sides without using format parts. The adaptation to the respective product takes place by simple adjustment of the machine components. The associated advantages are short set-up times, high availability and multiple use in different production lines. For a high placement accuracy of the labels, the products are precisely aligned on the transport path. Label formats up to 250mm height and cycle rates up to 250 labels per minute are possible. Like all of our labelling systems, this model has a modular design and can be expanded at any time. The advantages such as low set-up costs, high availability and multiple use in different production lines are obvious. The adaptation to the different products takes place by simple adjustment of the machine components and is possible without tools. The VRM-DS model includes a 3-roller turning station and can be used for an output of up to 60 products per minute. It is characterised by the highest labelling accuracy and can optionally align the products using a welding seam, print mark or other feature before labelling (target zone labelling). For larger quantities of up to 250 products/ min the VRM-RB model is used. The modular arrangement of the machine components, consisting of press, control and generator, enables easy adaptation to the respective plastic part and the respective location. Simple system operation is guaranteed with the multilingual touchscreen With this standard machine, even the most difficult welding tasks can be mastered reliably thanks to their performance and control and monitoring options. The S series is the standard version of the Omega. An ultrasonic high-performance generator and and a separate control with a larger touch panel are available. There are also 12 program memories available. The separate control also enables the process data to be read, the travel distance to be measured and greater connectivity.

The X series is the premium version of the Omega series. This series is also equipped with a proportional valve for a defined pressure control. In addition, this Omega series has a pneumatic pressure / counter pressure system and thus ensures smooth movement even at low pressure.

This makes the A-series more compact, but limits the number of welding modes and storable programs.
