Glass products - Import export

The products get transferred in a continuous-flow process. Products go through the scanner where the mass allocation of each product is determined using X-ray technology. The products are then weighed on the integrated weighing station according to their individual track. The system features a two-stage safety guarding for its radiation source. The CPS-X 400 is specifically designed for weight-accurate slicing of speciality products like Swiss Cheese and those which vary in density, e.g. fat to lean ratio. Optional: Detection of foreign objects: as well as ensuring reliable production, detecting foreign objects also protects units located downstream. This function can be used for detecting, e. g. stainless steel > Ø = 3 mm, glass/ceramic > Ø = 8 mm (product-dependent). Our standard glass beads are simple products in sizes from 1 mm upwards, and with a relatively wide range of tolerances. They are usually made of soda glass, borosilicate glass or lead glass, whereby the surfaces can be matt or polished. A sensor only is not a responsible for good measurement. Often it depends on the surrounding conditions. Thick-walled glass-capillary-sections serve for the sensor as solid basis. Fitted on top, the sensor is mostly islolated from thermal and other environmental impacts. Solid connections between glass and metal For the production of glass-feed-throughs or glass metal sealings, precise cuttings of capillary-tubes are needed. These special tubes are glasses, which are adjusted to the physical parameters of the metals. We draw and cut such capillaries precisely to final size. Thereby the glasses can be fused on the customers wires and pins, which are made of metal. The cleaning card was developed for ATMs and bank statement printers. The microfiber surface cleans the magnetic head and chip contacts. The feed rollers are embedded and cleaned by the special length of the microfibre.
