Punching of registration holes in light sensitive films for PCB manufacturing. Reference marks are automatically detected by 4 cameras with image processing. The film is aligned by 3 motorized axes (X/Y/?) and a specific pattern of registration holes is punched.

A rainbow film ensures that the packaging design of computer game and action figures stands out on the shelf. For an ideal print image, the rainbow film is first offset printed with opaque white and then in four colour and that too in 16 different language versions. The clear view of the characters boosts the "buy me!" effect of the product packaging.
