The AViTEQ Vobtronic units are fully equipped controllers for the operation of vibrators. About a variety of standard features and special designs the controllers can be used in many different industries and variable to adapt to the work environment. VIBTRONIC® -controllers are designed to supply AC voltage to control magnetic vibrators. They operate according to the principle of voltage control (phase-fired control). For all standard voltages in the 50 and 60 Hz main supply, AViTEQ has a suitable controller available in either a built-in or housing design. The controllers have voltage compensation for fluctuations in the main supply and some models have a limited control that rotects the magnetic vibrator from impact. The setpoint specification can be set using a potentiometer or an external setpoint (0-10 VDC or 0/4-20 mA). This is the most installed version of the fabric expansion joints (KOREMA® type A3 or AC3 as well as B3 or BC3). The name »flange-type« is used for expansion joints located between pipe or duct end flanges. For existing plants, the flange design varies according to customers’ requirements or depending on the constructed steel design. For innovative designs KOREMA® will identify the suitable technical and economical solution. Special design: supplied as »open« multilayer expansion joint. On-site service available exclusively from the KOREMA® service team. Insulation is incorporated to protect the expansion joint against abrasion as well as for thermal insulation. The choice of insulating material, either mineral wool or ceramic felt, depends on the design temperature. For operation at or below dew point, a vulcanized elastomeric layer is available. Pre-assembled units, complete with liners and clamp bars, are available.

The skids are fully assembled, including piping, wiring and testing in the SMS Workshop or in our partners´ workshop. The modular design significantly reduces the required amount of work for assembly and start-up which minimizes the downtime of the existing plant equipment and - as a result - just minor effects occur on the current production.

ProTec designs and supplies innovative solid-state polymer post-condensation lines and complete PET bottle flake recycling lines. The batch tumble reactor which combines homogeneous mixing with short processing times is the keystone of the line. The IV value (intrinsic viscosity as a yardstick for molar mass) of polyesters (PET, PBT, PTT etc.) and of polyamides (PA6, PA66 etc.) can be purposefully increased by precise control of temperature, vacuum and processing time, with or without defined addition of auxiliaries.

Modular SOMOS® RDC stationary drying systems are suitable for efficiently drying virtually any kind of hygroscopic polymer pellets and regrind. The material is dried with heated drying air, optimum air distribution in the material being dried ensuring uniformly good drying results. ProTec designs and supplies RDC drying systems made to measure for all polymer processing processes. Material throughputs meet demand from individual machines right up to a plant's entire installed base of machinery.

Both the LUXOR E A and LUXOR EM A dryers with optional ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed to supply consistently low dew-point air to one drying bin, while reducing energy consumption. The LUXOR E A dryer is designed for use with existing conveying systems or hopper loaders. Whereas the LUXOR EM A offers a machine dedicated solution with integrated dry air conveying for up to two processing machines and the drying bin. There are three sizes with drying bin capacities of 60, 100 and 150 litres. The LUXORnet controls utilise modern, flexible BUS-technology. As standard, the colour touch control manages the dry air generator, one drying bin and with the EM version, material conveying to one drying bin and two processing machines. The integration of dry-air conveying and material proportioning provides maximum flexibility and productivity.

Efficient, accurate material drying is a crucial element in the processing of engineering plastics to ensure impeccable product quality. LUXOR CA A series compressed air dryers with ETA­-process® and ETA plus® energy saving technology are specifically designed for supplying dried plastic granulate for many different plastics processing applications, with material throughputs up to 20 kg/h. Dryers can be mounted directly on the throat of the processing machine or on an adjacent support frame.
