The MACK brush rockers are available in many different dimensions, designs, and pole numbers, and depending on the application can be combined with flange holders or multiple shaft holder lines. From small motors to large direct-current machines or wind turbines: Our brush rockers are in use in numerous fields of application.

Our flange holders can be fitted either directly into the machine housing or on brush rockers. What can we offer you? MACK flange holders offer a space-saving and inexpensive option for contacting carbon brushes to a collector. The spring pressure on the carbon brush comes either from a coil spring or a rocker. We can realise connection options for you using very different thread and plug connections.

Our insulated brush-holder bolts provide the mounting basis for most leg brush holders and brush holders with clamps. What fits your design? At MACK, we always go into things in depth and talk about the details. We fit our holders on insulated brush-holder bolts, which can be produced individually to special measurements.

MACK brush holders with clamps are available in many different sizes, shapes, versions, and materials – also for your slip ring or commutator application. Our brush holders with clamps have everything tightly under control. The carbon brushes are inserted into the brush shafts of the holder. The brush pressure comes – depending on the type – from a pressure finger, or (in the case of a self-recoiling spring holder) with a suitable self-recoiling spring holder, which permits the use of above-average length carbon brushes.

The classic solution for many slip ring applications: At MACK you will find the right leg brush holder for your technical requirements. Without any doubts. Our tried and trusted holder model is available with one or two legs, with fixed or adjustable carbon brushes, in metal or – as a special version – in plastic. Together we can develop the individual version that meets your requirements. As with most MACK products: We do everything ourselves, and only in our own facilities – from the production of the main parts to the completion of all assembly work. This is how we can guarantee you maximum precision and process security.

Current transmission has to be assured, even when the application is greasy or oily. This is where our metal gauze brushes come in. What challenges have you got for us? MACK metal gauze brushes are capable of breaking through the oil coat which develops between the stator and the rotor during wet running, thereby ensuring permanent surface contact and power transmission. The versions available range from the simple metal gauze brush without fitting to the complex telescopic metal gauze brush for telescopic current supply.

Machines for special purposes are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s wishes. Roller brushes over 4 m in length, with or without incline. Our wide range of special machines includes large disc-type brushes with different drilling diameters.

Carrousel machines, optimised for high performance, fulfil all needs for large quantities of units. According to performance, the machine will be produced with one or two carriers. Versions as a transfer machine with automatic body feeding, integrated trimming unit or labelling station guarantee the highest levels of productivity.

Universal machines allow you to produce all different types of brushes – from brooms to toilet brushes, from disc-type brushes to roller brushes. Everything is possible thanks to the universally replaceable changeable frame.
