The materials steel and aluminium ensure that the tubing clamp stop-it metal is extremly heat resistant and sturdy. The tubing clamp is available in four different sizes, for hose diameters up to max. 30 mm. The tubing clamp can be used wherever the flow in hoses with liquids or gases needs to be regulated or stopped. Stepless flow regulation: With the tubing clamp stop-it's knurled screw, a stepless, delicate flow regulation or complete stop of the flow are possible, even for existing hose connections. The hose is compressed over a wide area against the sturdy steel hook in order to prevent it from being damaged.

Easy-Click closure - stop-it can be opened and closed in any position - without tiresome screwing on and off. High quality material - stop-it made from the heat resistant and chemical resistant plastic PVDF. The clamp is galvanised steel. Gas-tight barrel pump with flexible discharge hose for filling off into large canisters and containers. Convenient transfer because the canister can stay on the floor. The connection cone is held onto the container. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

IBC discharge valve with 90° hose nozzle and sealing cap. The hose can also be closed with the enclosed sealing cap. Hose nozzle external PA Ø 30 mm, suitable for flexible hoses. The IBC discharge valve is a sturdy, high-quality ball valve with a hose connection and connection adapter including seal, for standard thread S 60x6 external or 1" external, designed to fit all commonly used European IBC containers. With the appropriate thread, the discharge valve can also be screwed directly onto the original discharge valve that is already on the IBC tank if the original valve is leaking or faulty. In this way the IBC discharge valve ensures fast and reliable residual emptying of the container with good dosing. The discharge valve is an indispensable accessory to ensure a professional connection of the hose or for filling from your IBC container.

Our highly flexible vacuum hoses are produced from longitudinal seam-welded, thin-walled stainless steel tubes, which are hydraulically formed in special-purpose machines. Our vacuum hoses are specifically cleaned after metal forming, during processing protected from uncleanness and prior to dispatch shrink-wrapped. Furthermore, all vacuum hoses will be leak tested prior to dispatch, by means of helium leak testing with up to 10E-8 mbar*l/s.

Preformed silicone heaters are useful for diamters as small as 12 mm and up to 100 mm. Rounded silicone heaters are not possible with self-adhesive foil. Spiral Wrap Pre-Formed Silicone Rubber Heaters are suitable for tubes and flexible pipes and hoses with Ø 6,35 mm (1/4"). Spiral formed flex heaters can be used up to Ø 12 mm (the length of the stretchable silicone spiral wrap heater is reduced accordingly). The thickness of our spiral-wrapped silicone strip heaters is 2,2 mm. Also our gas and pump line heaters, most frequently used in the semi-conductor process, are shaped and pre-formed according to the object geometry to be heated. They are designed to regulate temperatures in order to prevent condensation in the line. Current applications here are Semi Conductors, Vacuum Chambers, Wafer Chucks, Valves, Exhaust & Pump Systems.

1.Standard Equipment DP1 Valve Leak Detector including a set of seven adapter plates, a flexible extension hose and a sturdy storage case. 2. Working Principle Applying an air pressure of about 6 bar to the DP1 Valve Leak Detector results in a max. vacuum of about 850 mbar which is applied via an adapter plate to the inlet or exhaust port of the cylinder head to check the respective valve for leakage. The vacuum gauge at the DP 1 indicates the tightness of the valve.

“Powersonic” is a type of KLN transducer systems with a particularly good cleaning effect and especially solid design. Thus we give full guarantee for up to 12.000 hours in max. 3 years. Submersible transducers are ultrasonic transducer systems in hermetically welded metal housing, inside of which piezoceramic transducer elements are incorporated. They are arranged at the bottom or at the sides of cleaning tanks. The HF current supply is realized via a power supply line which is lead via connection box at the back, a pipe elbow or a flexible metal mesh hose. Various sizes of submersible transducers make possible to use them in operating frequencies differing from 20, 25, 30, 40 up to 132 kHz.

Our highly flexible drain hoses are fully corrugated, expandable or fitted with integrated cuff sections to establish the best connections. They feature excellent chemical resistance and can be supplied fitted with standard connector adaptors.
