PumpMaster, canister and barrel pump for petrochemical liquids. The manual pressure pump is ideally suited for drawing off, decanting and emptying canisters and barrels. The hand pump is used to create excess pressure that forces the liquid out of the container. The stopcock also allows extraction of small quantities of liquid. The PumpMaster container pump is mounted on the container using a flexible stopper with a variable and adjustable diameter. No special thread adapters are required. PumpMaster fits all commercial container openings with a diameter from 46.5 mm to 60 mm. The immersion tube has a length of 95 cm and it can be shortened depending on the size of the container.

Lining made of PE or Aluminium, EVOH, PA etc. in combination with PE as well as electrostatically conductive foils for rigid or flexible Intermediate Bulk Container. Customer requirements and fields of application determine the material’s strength. The product range includes liner with filling and /or discharge spouts, simple liner (welded at the bottom and open at the top) as well as formstable liner with a grid, particles which allows an improved product flow. This liner can be produced as strengthened PE-Liner as well as Aluminium-combined liner. An ingenious system ensures that the layer made of Aluminium will not be strained and therefore still displays a barrier which offers a 100% security. Additionally, Pacliners are produced with a fixed cardboard at the bottom on request. EMPAC has also developed a special liner for the filling of EPS (expanded Polystyrol) whose special film recipe prevents a product-gas escape.

Flutainer® offer perfect conditions for the transport and storage of liquids and paste-like goods. Additionally, they save valuable storage space, because they can be stored space-saving before they are filled and after they have been discharged. This flexible bulk container can be built up by only one person in less than one minute. Rigid containers need the same space, no matter whether they are empty or filled. Flutainer® are different: Flutainer® are only built up when they are needed, for example for liquid sugar, to store auxiliary material for textiles or powder which is sensitive to pressure. Flutainer® are made up of a fabric container on the outside and a multiple PE-inner lining, a wooden pallet, four steel poles and a stacking frame. Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) of the product range Quintainer® offer and efficient way of utilization of room space and an excellent stability during transportation and storage of bulk goods. Forming diagonally and crossed placed cut-off walls increase the stability of Quintainer® considerably. The higher form stability in comparison to the conventional container for bulk goods ensures a better utilization of room space while transport and storage. SYSTEM SOLUTIONS FOR THE STORAGE OF SLURRY Following the further development of the Lipp dual seam system and the container material it was possible not only to build silos for bulk materials, but also silos for the storage of liquids, such as liquid manure. Since slurry is also rather more aggressive and can attack concrete or similar vessels, especially over the years, Lipp always offers its system solutions for the storage of slurry in principle in V2A stainless steel (1.4301), when it is clear that the tank will remain open. Possible changes are also taken into account with the customer during the planning process and in case of a future modification of the slurry tank consideration is given to an alternative material (V4A) or the possibility of a subsequent roof construction. Thus, the container retains its flexibility and can later be converted into a fermenter, secondary fermenter or other container.

The fully automatic filling system optimizes your product quality by to-the-gram weighing, safe packaging even of flammable, foaming or corrosive liquids and through gentle dosing. By means of a multifunctional offset slide you benefit from maximum flexibility for container types and sizes as well as from efficient handling without retrofitting time. The fully automatic machine FSL-EVO S facilitates quick and reliable filling of high quality and sensitive products in different containers. Products can be fully automatically closed and labeled with variable data, if desired. By means of a set up buffer section the filling system largely works autonomously.

The mobile stainless steel MIXACO container equipped with wheel s is filled with raw materials and then pushed towards the container mixer by the operator. In this pha se, the container is used as a transport container. In the container mixer, the container is connected t o the mixing head and tilted 180° into the mixing position. During the mixing process, the container together with the mi xing head is therefore used as a mixing chamber. After mixing, the container is tilted back to the basic position. The container with the fi nished mixed material is removed from the mixer, and can now be transported directly for further processing without decanting to a diff erent receptacle. In this phase, the container is once again used as a transport container.
