The air purifier "LR 80 WIFI+" with H14 filter improves the indoor air and can help to reduce the risk of infection by viruses in closed rooms. The air purifier also reduces the concentration of mould spores, house dust, pollen, viruses, bacteria and odours in the air. The HB 5010 is a hot melt adhesive tank system with gear pump, especially for manual applications. Together with the hand gun HB 910, the tank system is ideally suited for all bead or spray bonding. The construction of the simple menu navigation of the control unit is so user-friendly that the intuitive operation of the device is possible even for untrained personnel. The extremely resilient plastic housing has a dirt-resistant paint finish. The modular structure of the system increases the ease of maintenance and ensures good accessibility of the parts when servicing. A filter change is possible without additional disassembly. The Effect Soot build-up in diesel particulate filters only burn without the use of an additive at a temperature of 500 to 600 °C. These values are not reached in normal operation. ERC CatClean works catalytically and reduces the ignition temperature of the soot to approx. 350 °C, and so continuous burn-off of soot is guaranteed even at low-load and correspondingly low temperatures. The Result ERC CatClean ensures a permanent, additive-supported regeneration of the diesel particulate filter during operation. The tube filter is a compact, economical and versatile filter available either as a particle filter or as a coalescence filter. It is easy to use and filter changes can be made quickly. It is fitted with an female thread and is also available with a shut-off or drain feature. In the COMPACT version, the tube filter is already equipped with integrated flexible tube connectors.

Gas Filters WITT gas filters allow the reliable filtration of the finest dirt particles in gases. Depending on the respective version, the gas filters can filter out particles from 3 to 40 micron and extend the service life of downstream equipment. The WITT gas filters provide high flow rates and multiple connections. WITT gas filters can be used for many technical gases. The gas filters – with or without condensation outlet – are designed for installation in pipelines or at outlet points. Gas filters can be changed while installed.

The EPC Spot is our measuring device for a random check of the gas levels of O2/CO2 in packaging or packaging machines. A sample is taken by a special needle. Due to the small amount of gas the analyser needs for the measurement, blister packs or ampoules can also be tested. As a user, you can enter several limit values for different products in the device. The result is then additionally visualised in red or green. All measurements are stored in the device and can be further processed in various ways. The EPC VM is our measuring device for monitoring O2/CO2 in packaging machines. In addition to continuous measurement of the gas atmosphere, spot measurement of individual packages is also possible. The functionality is the same as with our Zr-Ox EPC spot analyser. Once set, the analyser can also control the gassing of the machine. The EPC SMC is equipped with an integrated proportional valve. This allows the analyser to automatically regulate the gassing in a wide range of processes. All settings for the control can be configured on the unit or via external signals. This means that the customer is not required to control the process completely manually. This gives you the option of controlling the gassing at our analyser or at the plant. For some processes, a single adjustment is sufficient and the production runs fully automatically from then on. Our EPC 3GAS analyser is a more flexible variation of the basic model. The device changes the measurement automatically or externally controlled in order to monitor several processes simultaneously or consecutively. The change of the currently active measurement from process 1. to process 2. is done either by an external signal or in an adjustable time interval. Since our sensors can determine the oxygen concentration very quickly, time intervals of 30 seconds are realistically achievable. With desired concentrations of approx. 500 ppm, this is completely sufficient. 0-29 in HgV (to 33 mbar abs) If you thought you couldn't afford the water costs associated with operating a liquid ring pump…think again. One of the wonderful features of the liquid ring pump is that it can be operated with a multitude of different fluids. A self-contained oil sealed system has a number of benefits over a traditional water sealed system: It eliminates water usage and disposal costs; it allows you to install it in remote locations where water may not be available; it allows you to attain higher vacuum levels than with water; it can prevent the condensing or dissolving of a process gas; it permits anhydrous processing with a liquid ring pump. Self contained system complete with off of the components for your basic operating needs. Standard components include: pump, TEFC motor, coupling or v-belt drive, drive guard, separator with oil mist eliminator, air cooled heat exchanger, recirculated seal line controls and high temperature alarm switch. Options include: inlet isolation valve, inlet check valve, vacuum relief valve, inlet filter, control panel and system skid plate. An oil sealed liquid ring system is more tolerant of carryover and wear, and it provides quiet operation. The oil is not required for lubrication which means it can operate at extremely long intervals between oil changes, easily going more than 10,000 hours with no down time. Aside from a periodic oil and filter change, the system can run for years with no scheduled maintenance. If your process requires very deep vacuum, Gardner Denver Nash has the solution. Using a two-stage liquid ring pump in an oil sealed system, vacuum levels lower than 10 Torr (29.6" HgV) can be attained.
