The TEC 20 form, fill and seal machine enables the production of bags made of polyethylene film from a flat film roll. The film can be neutral or coloured, with continuous printing or centred printing with print mark. The design of the machine and the low loading height allow ergonomic adaptation to a manual feeding station or easy connection to a feeding unit, such as an automatic counter, an automatic weighing system, an automatic assembly machine, an injection moulding machine, a conveyor belt or similar.

FFS film is an interesting alternative to ready-made plastic bags. Form fill seal film is perfect for packaging granulate, powder, grain, feed, wood pellets and more in one quick and easy step. FFS film manufactured by Dürrbeck meets the highest standards, guaranteeing the perfect protection against dust, moisture and other harmful elements. FFS film bags are easy to fill thanks to the power of gravity, and fulfil a variety of demands thanks to the many available options – including, for example, perforation or ventilation to allow moisture or air to escape from the bag, or a higher coefficient of friction (COF) that improves the stability of the load during transport.

All bags in this category are transparent foil bags made from LDPE, they are very flexible and tear-resistant. We offer foil bags in various formats, strengths and designs (e.g. blocked, punched, needled, perforated, etc.).

With the flexo 700 e-com you are optimally equipped to meet the demands of film packaging for the e-commerce, mail order and logistics sectors. Whether dealing with the direct dispatch of individual goods, packing groups of products or meeting the complex requirements of returned goods packaging for example, the flexo 700 e-com packs goods with a minimum use of film and automatically adjusts the film bags to the product‘s length as standard. To support the precise fitting of shipping bags, the flexo 700 e-com fit model also adjusts the bag size to the product's width so that the machines fully automatically adjust to varying product sizes during the packaging process. Additional options include the ability to add an easy-opening perforation to the bags as well as inserting a double-sided adhesive tape for resealing a bag for returns.

Tecnimodern's slanted or vertical form fill and seal machines with very low loading height allow the production of polyethylene or polypropylene film bags from a flat film roll. These TEC30 packaging machines have the advantage that they can be equipped with either a thermal sealing system for heat-sealed films or an impulse sealing system for polyethylene films, depending on requirements. With the servo X e-com you are ideally equipped to meet the demands of film packaging for the e-commerce, mail order and logistics sectors. Side seal bags are practical, universal bags for just about anything that is light and not too bulky. At Dürrbeck, specialists in custom plastic bags and film, we produce side seal bags from high-quality raw materials made to order for a wide range of industries and uses. We place great importance on first-class manufacturing. With side seal bags, our focus is on especially sturdy seals that, as the name suggests, are located on the left and right sides of the bag. Side seal bags have a maximum thickness of 0.15 mm; the bottom of the bag is closed.

Film carrier bags are available in many different colours. We can also provide carrier bags printed on each side with up to 8 colours, with or without reinforced grip. Of course, we also produce fully printed plastic carrier bags (also with negative recessed text). With dark colours it is possible to cover the grip area or even the entire bag with a protective coating, which makes the printed colour abrasion resistant. Integratable in the production line, only the inspection windows of the bags will be perforated. The neighbor areas of the inspection windows are left unperforated. The perforation holes are melted down with hot needle rollers of steel at high temperatures.

Allflex B is a member of the product family of flexible PA/PE medium barrier multilayer bag films produced by means of coextrusion. The polyamide and polyethylene multilayer barrier film offers excellent stiffness values which have a positive effect on the output during bag production. The film is powdered lightly, making it thus easier for the consumer to open the bag. The allflex B 11-layer film is available in thicknesses from 65my to 85my and scores well in packaging processes under vacuum or MAP in both the food and non-food sectors. Due to its temperature tolerance it is also ideal for pasteurisation and microwave applications. The AV is the classic of our variety of composite films featuring a wide range of applications. With its 5-7 PA/PE layers, available in thicknesses from 70 to 300my, it runs perfectly as a bottom film on thermoforming packaging machines, due to its excellent formability. This standard film offers a medium barrier against oxygen and water vapour. Its high degree of transparency and gloss make the products stand out at the point of sale, while its excellent sealing properties, puncture resistance and exceptional mechanical strength are equally impressive. The AV tolerates temperatures of up to 70°C for up to 2 hours and is therefore also suitable for pasteurisation.
