The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON® is made even easier with our new FIBALON®rope. 8, FIBALON® nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete. For FIBALON®rope we also use our optimized fiber combination and other process innovations offers an incomparably high selectivity of 8 microns. All advantages of FIBALON®3D can be adapted and it promises an even easier handling.

FIBALON®3D offers you excellent filter performance for all common swimming pool filters. Only 350 grams of it replace 25 kilograms of filter sand or 20 kilograms of filter glass. FIBALON®3D filters particles down to 8 microns and due to its fiber fixation, it filters nearly pressure-less. Additional it is made out of recycled PET-bottles. This leads to an energy saving and environment friendly product. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter media’s surface area. We also developed the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the FIBALON® media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON® leads with minimum weight to an excellent energy balance compared to conventional filter media.

TROL as niche product is mainly used as technical fabric and needle felt in the field of industrial dedusting and liquid filtration applications. Teperature resistance TROL® posses a 35 °C higher temperature resistence compared to conventional PP. Continuous temperature resistance is 125 °C, peak temperature is max. 135 °C (< 200h/year). Hydrolysis resistance TROL® consists of saturated hydrocarbon chains. Hydrolytic cleavage and corresponding deterioration of the polymer does not take place.

Fibre-reinforced compound sliding bearing in wound technology | Maintenance-free | Highly resilient COM-KU®/D-438 Wear rings are a self-lubricating and maintenance-free compound guide ring. It has good sliding properties and is suitable for high loads (also impact loads and with edge pressure). Good damping properties, very suitable for low sliding speeds, good chemical resistance, long service life. The use of this guide ring simplifies the design of the cylinder head. Easy mounting possible in closed and undercut installation spaces.

The mould construction fleece is particularly well tensile and conformable. It is also ideally suitable for complicated parts and moulds. Since this fleece is produced of 100 % polyester fibres, it can be processed with epoxy and polyester resin without any problem. The resin consumption is approx. 1.5 – 2 kg/m² depending on the application. It is ideal for producing free forms.

For high-tech applications requiring high strength and stiffness combined with light weight, SIGRAFIL continuous carbon fiber tows are indispensable. They form the basis for high-performance composite materials such as textiles and prepregs, as well as components made of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP). Carbon fibers are used in the automotive industry, in aerospace, in wind turbines, but also in sports equipment or mechanical engineering. By applying different types of sizing, the carbon fibers can be optimally matched to different matrix systems.

Based on Riedel‘s extensive experience in demanding rental projects such as Olympic Games, Formula 1 or the Eurovision Song Contest, Riedel designed a fiber optic cable that meets the highest demands in event &amp; mobile productions. Riedel Pure CS is available in 10m / 200m (optional on GT380 cable drum) / 300m (opt. on GT450) / 600m (opt. on SK4731-R) / other cable lengths on request. Riedel Pure XT is available in 10m / 100m (optional on GT380 cable drum) / 150m (opt. on GT450) / 300m (opt. on SK4731-R) / other cable lengths on request.

Operating the optoCONTROL CLS1000 controllers requires sensors that are used on the measuring point. Depending on the measurement task, the sensors can be individually combined. The high-quality sensors with fiber optics are characterized by small installation dimensions and robust materials. This makes them particularly suitable for mechanical stress and harsh ambient conditions such as high temperatures. The sensor can also be used in restricted areas as the sensor head requires a minimum of installation space.

The technical revolution in fleece filtration: Cora®Perform's special fibre texture is a unique space depth matrix. The dirt absorption capacity of the polyester high-performance nonwoven fabric exceeds that of conventional nonwovens by a multiple; therefore Cora®Perform can absorb a much larger amount of solids. Filter cake formation and lower cycle times result in a high separation efficiency and extremely low fleece consumption.
