The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different cleats and entraining elements. Cleats and entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and whenever lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Conveyor belt cleats made of PVC and PU – with or without fabric interlayers – in blue, white, green, petrol or transparent. Depending on the design, they are resistant to oil and grease, have FDA/EU approval. PVC/PU cleats made of belt material can be produced in a straight design or with an inclination of approximately 60° or 80° respectively. We also have a wide range of special cleats such as, for example: PVC 60° Shore A, closed-loop cleats, profiled cleats made of belt material, fabric and felt cleats, and special forms based on the customer’s requirements.

Fabric compensators are highly flexible and usually made of multi-ply fabric, offering excellent temperature resistance and chemical resistance depending on the particular design. Mainly used in pipe and conduit systems to compensate for axial, lateral and angular movements. One major advantage of this type of compensator is the low restoring forces. Special fabric materials permit temperatures of up to 1,000°C. Additional insulation can be used to resist temperatures of up to 1,600°C . Applications: Chemical plants, refineries, metallurgical industry, ventilation systems, chimney construction, industrial furnace construction, power stations, boiler systems, waste incineration plants, acoustic decoupling. Finishing on a sanfor line provides the fabric with a more stable structure, a silklike shine, a smoother touch and minimum residual shrinkage. The rubberbelt compacting line is made for the sanforisation and compacting of woven fabric and some kinds of knitted fabric, in combination with a felt belt calender the fabric gets on these lines additionally a special touch. The benefits are among others optimum residual shrinkage due to the hightech drive concept, stabilisation of the fabric structure, silklike shine, soft fabric touch, absolutely constant shrinkage due to a new automatic shrinkage control system available as option, production speeds up to 100 m/min are possible, extended service life of the rubber belt due to the larger diameter of the compacting rollers and an optimised rubber belt cooling system, integrated menudriven rubber belt grinding process, minimisation of vibrations, all bearings arranged outside of the wet area and therefore no corrosion.

TROL as niche product is mainly used as technical fabric and needle felt in the field of industrial dedusting and liquid filtration applications. Teperature resistance TROL® posses a 35 °C higher temperature resistence compared to conventional PP. Continuous temperature resistance is 125 °C, peak temperature is max. 135 °C (< 200h/year). Hydrolysis resistance TROL® consists of saturated hydrocarbon chains. Hydrolytic cleavage and corresponding deterioration of the polymer does not take place.
