Instead of mounting one or more Transporters to each die, the PSKS features one unit only – mounted directly to the face of the bolster. A heightadjustable mounting bracket allows flexible usage with multiple tools and dies. The only extra thing needed will be scrap trays in different sizes On the left and right end of the system, heightadjustable brackets with linear bearings support a crossmounted aluminum profile. The profile is fastened with standardized clamping brackets and will transfer the motion over the whole width Numerous trays can be mounted. Two rugged nylon Ushape clamps are permanently fastened to each of the trays. The fasteners are designed to slide and fit snug onto the aluminum profile so that exchanging of trays is just a matter of seconds. The length and width of the tray is determined by the size of the die slot.

technoBOX is a modern, inexpensive and attractive enclosure for electronic or electrical internal mountings of all kinds. It is made of long-lasting ABS. The slanted lid edges give the house an unusual appearance. A recess in the lid enables front plates, films or membrane keypads to be easily accommodated. Fastening domes have already been fitted in the enclosure base and in the lid to accommodate internal mountings. Mounting plates, front plates, cable glands and other accessories are also available.

They are easy to fit, and robust, and thus eliminate every problem that commonly occurs with regard to fitting threaded fasteners. The MAThread design allows the designer to select the point shape best-suited to feed well in the application. As the threads come into contact, the patented anti-cross thread MAThread design begins to cam over the female thread. The MAThread design now forces the two thread helixes to align every time without fail.

TriPress® is a triangular rapid fastening system that can be clinched into plastic and light metals. During the clinching operation, the two components of the TriPress® fastener connect together quickly and economically. It is available in the following designs: Triangular shank and knurl parallel with axis provide greater torsional strength. Circumferential locking flutes on triangular shaft generate high pull-out resistance. Combination of grooves and knurls permit positive-fit fastenings and achieve high torsional torques and pull-out forces (figure 4).
