Façade coating - Import export

Especially by our research and development work we have succeeded in creating various permanent anti-sticking coating systems. The distinctive deep-drawing properties paired with thermal resistance allow it to be used in a wide range of applications. From façade coating and device covers in industrial engineering to household products, such as sliding surfaces for shavers. There are hardly any limits for our application possibilities.

AMROC Color-Primed is the product version used for customized finish painting at the construction site. The product AMROC Color-Primed is ideally suited for applying the finished paint coat to the facade at the construction site. The front facing side and edges are primed in RAL 9010 (white) and the rear facing side is finish coated in RAL 7035 (light grey). The finish coat that is applied at the construction site creates vapor diffusion equilibrium between the front and rear facing sides. The factory applied primer does not yet completely seal the front facing side. The finish coat must be a paint-manufacturer-approved paint that is weather proof and alkaline stable. We recommend Amphibolin ELF made by Caparol for this purpose. AMROC Color-Primed is also suitable for: Flooring for wet spaces to be surface treated with ceramic materials, or similar Walls in wet spaces that will be surface treated with ceramic materials.

This glass fiber fabric or facade fabric is coated with a Teflon coating . The chemical term for Teflon is PTFE. The unique properties of Teflon are already known from many other applications , e.g. the incomparable dirt repellency and the high stability against environmental influences. Due to these properties, the PTFE MESH glass fabric is the perfect material for your building envelope . A facade concept with which building structures can be marketed much more attractively. In the textile PTFE MESH fabric, we combine very strong glass fibers to form a defined, non-flammable mesh and encapsulate the fibers with a special PTFE coating . These Teflon fabrics are stretched over frames that are hung in front of the building's facade . The hole size can be chosen so that it is easy to look through the facade from the inside of the building . From the outside, the building appears as a light and clear surface.
