Whether extrusion or injection molding tools, extruder screws, hot runners, nozzles, filters, molds, screens, adhesive or coating devices - everything will be cleaned by us for you! Detailed advice and documented cleaning of samples ensure consistent results over a long period of time. Test us - In addition to comprehensive advice, we offer you the opportunity to carry out your own cleaning trials of workpieces up to a length of 3 m and / or 4 t in weight. We supply tailored, special parts manufactured with our state-of-the-art cold-moulding and extrusion equipment. We can press cold-moulded articles – whether solid, semi-hollow or hollow – according to your drawings. Complex moulded parts and individual, special projects are our strengths. Our cold-moulding competence covers flanged bolts, studded parts, stepped bores and parts with an internal or external thread. Possible materials: Regular steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, light metals. Available with all standard surfaces.

WIWOX® CORUS HD ultrasonic systems have been specially designed for cleaning high-quality moulds and precision tools. In maintenance these replace the labour-intensive and often ineffective manual cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all metal moulds, in particular tools for injection moulding, extrusion, rubber processing as well as aluminium and gravity die casting. A typical structure consists of three stages: 1. cleaning, 2. rinsing and 3. passivating. The usable dimensions are matched to common mould sizes. The workpieces to be washed are placed in the tank either with the aid of a washing basket or with a lifting beam. Our ErgoStation is recommended for manual rinsing, drying and post-treatment. The working area is completely enclosed, brightly illuminated and ventilated. Operation is safe and simple, as the moulded parts are loaded laterally through a sliding door and held by a lifting device during treatment.

The WIWOX® USm Ultrasonic cleaning tanks enable individual, demand-oriented surface treatment in a single or multi-stage process. The modular design allows adaptation to almost all requirements and subsequent expansion or automation is possible at any time. Aqueous cleaning at temperatures between 60° and 80° C ensures absolute degreasing and particle removal. Organic or inorganic residues such as polishing paste, paint, plastic, release agents, oil carbon or lime can be easily removed by using the right cleaner. The workpieces are cleaned within a few minutes. The cleaning result is always perfect and reproducible. The subsequent rinsing process is followed by stain-free post-cleaning or preservation. The WIWOX® ultrasonic cleaning process can be used for all steel moulds as well as brass and copper parts. Clean and single-polymer plastic waste is the basis for high quality recyclates which can almost reach the product characteristics of virgin material. By closing the recycling circle natural resources and energy are saved. Our most important polymer is PVC. We produce a diverse range of rigid and soft PVC recyclates, yearly several thousand tons of mixed-colour, single-colour and white/ transparent secondary raw material. HDPE and PP are coming next in terms of quantity of recycling material followed by engineering grade polymers as ABS, PC and PA and several others. Depending on the type of waste we produce regrind or agglomerate with our recycling machines. Agglomerate is mainly produced from sheet, non-woven material, shavings and powder whereas regrind is produced from solid waste and thick layer sheets. We produce extrusion- as well as injection moulding qualities. Every sold Big Bag is tested on purity and humidity.

It can be used for a variety of applications: semi-finished product extrusion, injection molding, compounding, filament and film extrusion, coatings. Our CoPEEK 012P is a high viscous, unreinforced PEEK for extrusion and injection molding, thus it is the standard type for the production of semi-finished products. CoPEEK 021P is medium viscous, unreinforced PEEK for injection molding. But it can also be extruded for the production of films and filaments. CoPEEK 085P is low viscous, unreinforced PEEK for the extrusion of films and filaments. It is also used as the basis for compounds and composites. Our CoPEEK can be processed on machines for thermoplastics without any problems. We recommend a processing temperature of 360 °C to 380 °C. BIEGLO CoPEEK is ISO 10993 certified for medical applications and also has FDA certification.

The EPSeal 400 series was developed for synthetic wine corks and T-stoppers for spirits. Various grades are available for both extrusion and injection moulding process. Thermoplastic Vulcanisate or TPV compounds are high performance materials designed for demanding and dynamic applications. They are composed of a highly vulcanised rubber phase dispersed throughout a thermoplastic matrix and combine the processing ease, efficiency and recyclability of a thermoplastic with the improved flexibility, low compression set and resistance to aggressive fluids of a vulcanised rubber. Lifoflex FLAM are a range of halogen-free flame retardant thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) designed to meet the most demanding applications where resistance to ignition and burning are important features. Lifoflex FLAM compounds contain additives to give them better resistance to burning compared to general TPE grades. The range includes halogen, chlorine and antimony free grades which are low smoke and compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directives, offering flame retardancy without the use of polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). PolyPlus® LD 1925 ZZ is a versatile, stabilized, and extremely effective purge compound on an LDPE basis specially developed to reduce the cleaning times of extrusion and injection molding plants to a minimum. It should be used before dismantling and cleaning the extruder, during planned and unforeseen extruder downtimes and during material and colour changes. PolyPlus® LD 1925 ZZ contains surfactants and abrasive agents with mechanical and chemical cleaning properties to remove degraded polymer and pigments from the extruder and from the die. The use of PolyPlus® LD 1925 ZZ immediately before the cleaning process has shown that downtimes can be reduced my more than 50%! This also applies for product and/or colour changes.
