Blocking valves control the opening and closing of piping systems. They control the inlet, flow or outlet of liquids and gases. Flow valves regulate the volume flow of the fluid used. We have throttle valves, throttle check valves, check valves and stopper valves. Furthermore we offer quick relief valves, toggle lever valves, compact pressure controllers and functional connectors. All mentioned blocking and flow valves are available in various sizes, materials, and pressure, flow and temperature ranges.

In addition to our silencers made of plastic, sintered bronze, stainless steel and Vyon, in standard or high-performance design with granulate, steel net or cotton strip filling, we also offer you hearing protection plugs, banded ear plugs and protective earmuffs. This minimises the risk of noise related illnesses and increases the performance capacity of your employees.

Preformed silicone heaters are useful for diamters as small as 12 mm and up to 100 mm. Rounded silicone heaters are not possible with self-adhesive foil. Spiral Wrap Pre-Formed Silicone Rubber Heaters are suitable for tubes and flexible pipes and hoses with Ø 6,35 mm (1/4"). Spiral formed flex heaters can be used up to Ø 12 mm (the length of the stretchable silicone spiral wrap heater is reduced accordingly). The thickness of our spiral-wrapped silicone strip heaters is 2,2 mm. Also our gas and pump line heaters, most frequently used in the semi-conductor process, are shaped and pre-formed according to the object geometry to be heated. They are designed to regulate temperatures in order to prevent condensation in the line. Current applications here are Semi Conductors, Vacuum Chambers, Wafer Chucks, Valves, Exhaust & Pump Systems.

This perfectly constructed machine can be also fitted at the front with a pair of high-performance supports instead of a single one and is, therefore, the ideal tool for extreme and long-term use. It is nevertheless light and sits snugly in your hand. Due to the high speed of this grinder it creates a very clean pattern, which makes it ideal for fine grinding, milling and engraving jobs. Exhaust Valve Cage

With a measuring range of 17 to 500 m³/h, the Minneapolis FlowBlaster has been especially designed for testing ventilation systems during residential and commercial construction. In combination with the measuring fan BlowerDoor MiniFan, it allows the precise measurement of the air flow at supply and exhaust air valves. Measuring the supply and exhaust air flow at the respective valves provides information as to whether the requirements have been implemented as designed. If the air flows measured at the valves deviate from the requirements, the ventilation system can be adjusted.

The flow tester CETATEST 915 is used for flow testing with compressed air. It includes a measuring system consisting of laminar flow element (LFE) and differential pressure sensor In the direct test method the air, provided by the internal pressure regulator, flows through the measuring section before it enters the test part.In the indirect method, the measuring section is located in the outlet flow of the test part. Due to the special design of the measuring section a laminar ow is generated. The resulting pressure difference is directly proportional to the volume flow. With the optional electronic pressure regulator and four calibrations for up to four test pressures the application range is substantially expanded.
