The Loresta GX is used to measure conductors and semiconductors in the lower resistance range. Measuring range: 10^-4 – 10^7 Ω. It is used to measure the surface resistivity (Ω / □), the volume resistivity (Ω · cm), electrical conductivity (S / cm) in the low-resistance range. The Loresta-GX works according to the 4-pin measuring method. The method is based on the four-wire method and was developed to eliminate the influence of contact resistance. The measuring heads consist of four needle-like electrodes. To simplify the measurement method and calculate the correction factors, all four electrodes are at an equidistant distance from each other. The increasing spread of electromagnetic radiation and the greater sensitivity of modern electronic components mean cable glands have an important role to play in a system's screening concept. PFLITSCH offers a graduated selection of EMC capabilities in its UNI Dicht and blueglobe cable glands for use in EMC applications up to Cat. 8.2. The EMC cable gland blueglobe TRI separates the functions of sealing and EMC screening and therefore achieves the highest attenuation values of 80 dB up to 100 MHz. Even in the frequency range up to 2.5 GHz, the values are typically at least 50 dB. High current-carrying capacity is also provided. A triangular spring fits around the cable's braided shielding. The design of the spring precludes its getting caught in the braiding if the assembly is dismantled.

Continuous contact is created by means of a patented tooth system contour between the lid and bottom. It is ideal for industrial internal mounting that requires special EMC protection. The enclosure is water-tight and weather resistant. The interior contains fastening domes to accommodate mounting plates, supporting rails or circuit boards. Accessories such as mounting plates and cable glands are included in the ROLEC product range.
