Our seamless diagnostics helps to ensure that machines run fault-free and enables advance planning of maintenance or repair work. The experts from LDW bring their equipment to the customer to inspect the machine on site. From partial discharge measurement through to vibration measurement – we clearly identify what technical state a machine is in. This allows downtimes to be planned ahead and ensures the efficient repair of the respective component.Diagnostics at our works in Bremen is even more effective, because we can directly consult an expert from the mechanical construction, electrical calculation or the R&D department for an assessment if necessary. The customers are provided with a comprehensive protocol after the measurements have been carried out. We then recommend the next steps for a repair or continued operation.

Our fully automated winding centres for fine and self-bonding wire make us the perfect partner for any tasks you require. Our coils are tinned with lead-free coatings (RoHS). To manufacture self-supporting coils, we use self-bonding wire. During winding, the surface of the wire is bonded using hot air. To ensure the coil connections can be soldered, they are then stripped of insulating enamel using a fully automated milling process. PRUFREX is able to make air core coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 1.6 millimetres.

We can wind onto any desired coil form using many different press-in ferrite and metallic cores. Multiple tap coils are also possible. Pins are automatically applied to the coil connections during the winding process, with wire drawing electrically controlled. Our winding machines handle single-chamber and multi-chamber coils with wire thicknesses from 0.045 to 0.71 millimetres.

System for the impregnation of electomagnetic coils, e.g. of electric motors, transformers, generators Impregnating in electricla engineering means applying an impregnating agent in gaseous or fluid form to a porous body in order to insulate it electrically, i.e. that reliable protection against electrical breakdown is provided even when the thickness of the insulating layer is small. For each application HÜBERS provides appropriate process. HÜBERS offers all relevant process variants including vacuum impregnation, vacuum-pressure impregnation and atmospheric impregnation and of these coupled with the use of the many different impregnating agents such as varnish, resin, oil, wax, gas etc. The processes of evacuating the parts prior to impregnation and if necessary of vacuum-drying the impregnated parts are matched to the properties of the parts and ensure that the agent wets the walls of the pores properly and fills the cavities completely.

The covers can optionally be walked on and can be equipped with various drives, for example with an electric motor, for winding and unwinding the apron. On request, we can also design special wishes, such as special sensors or oversizes.
