CSN® EXPLOSIONPROOF SPACE HEATERS CSN® explosionproof space heaters are used for heating zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas. Standard devices are available in the common temperature classes T1 to T4; temperature classes T5 and T6 can be offered on request. The use of finned tubes for the CSN® explosionproof space heaters is the most economical solution for heat transfer in the field of electric heaters. By coiling corrugated helical fins on tubes of different alloys, we obtain extremely large tubes surfaces and, consequently, low temperatures on their surfaces. We use this interaction to produce explosionproof space heaters on a highquality level. CSN® explosionproof space heaters with coiled fins are intended for horizontal mounting and suitable for both wall and floor mounting (for permanent installation)

A quartz material / glass-encased, spiral-shaped, electrical heating coil with a large surface, which is mounted in a quartz material reflector shell with a handle, allows liquids to be heated indirectly by infrared radiation. This is used for the fast, economical evaporation or concentration of liquids. Due to this principle, only the surface of the liquid is heated very strongly, as the thermal radiation is absorbed even after shallow penetration, thus enabling gentle, uniform evaporation.In contrast to boiling evaporation, there is no loss of substance due to splashes from a moving boiling surface. Since surface evaporators are made exclusively from the material fused quartz / glass, it is possible to use the advantages of the material, such as good IR permeability, heat and heat change resistance, lowest electrical conductivity, exceptionally high chemical purity and resistance as a material. It complies with EC Directive 89/336 / EEC and EC Directive 73/23 / EEC.

Typical gases are carbon monoxide, natural gas and air. The temperature change, which occurs at expansion of gas or gas mixture from a high to low pressure i.e. after a gas pressure control is called Joule-Thomson effect. In order to prevent the effects of Joule-Thomson as icing or condensate separation, the gas will be heated up before expansion. The gas pre heaters are suitable for all kind of gaseous media (i.e. air, natural gas, technical gases, fuel gas) and low flow process applications, suitable for pressures up to 300 bar. The “Cast electric heaters” type flameproof electrical gas pre heaters are certified for use in zone 1 or 2 hazardous area, custom built to meet client specification. The gas pre heater consists of a process tube coil and an electrical heating bundle, casted in aluminium. The process gas flows through the tube coil and is heated by the aluminium block that provides the heat transfer. This indirect electric heating gives an accurate control of the process and eliminates pressure vessel design and associated costs.

HÜBERS offers all relevant process variants including vacuum impregnation, vacuum-pressure impregnation and atmospheric impregnation and of these coupled with the use of the many different impregnating agents such as varnish, resin, oil, wax, gas etc. The processes of evacuating the parts prior to impregnation and if necessary of vacuum-drying the impregnated parts are matched to the properties of the parts and ensure that the agent wets the walls of the pores properly and fills the cavities completely.
