This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. Siliconisation or other coating of elastomers is possible on option.

We manufacture pressure and feed rollers for moulders, feeders and belt sanders according to drawings or samples, completely ready for installation. The choice of roll coating, the design in smooth or grooved form and the most suitable degree of hardness must be determined by the customer. Weinig rollers consist of a core made of aluminum or gray cast iron. In addition to the polyurethane materials that have long been tried and tested in the wood processing industry, the elastomer Vulkollan® is mainly used for the coating. The core mounting holes are designed as a keyway or with three side holes.The Weinig rollers are mainly coated with the elastomer Vulkollan® patented by Bayer. The new developed chemical suit with SOLAS/GL approval has an integrated anti-fog coating with additional Teflon- film disc. The gloves of the type WIPAN-C with fabric interlinings and external coating of VITON, are worked into exchange technology, therefore inner- and out gloves are not necessary. All common breathing apparatus can be used under the suit. A 130cm long gas- and liquid tight zipper is placed on the right side, which is protected by labyrinth cover and so installed that it can be closed from bottom to top. The suit disposes of radio equipment bag and is suitable for height from approx. 170cm to 200 cm.
