AViTEQ-Spiral conveyor are used wherever bulk solids have to be conveyed in a vertical direction. These robust spiral conveyors are suitable for conveying a host of bulk solids from various production processes. These can be fine to coarse-grained, as well as fragmentary bulk solids. Our spiral conveyors are used in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, and also in the raw material industry. The use of additional fixtures enables products to be treated by thermal (cooling/heating) or technical (drying) processes. The bulk solids can be transported both upwards or downwards. The spiral conveyor, which offers large heat exchange surfaces from a small footprint through its coils, is an especially cost-effective solution. A laser-welded version, which offers maximum density in return for minimum heat admission during manufacturing operations (no welding stresses to cause delays), is playing an increasingly important role for these special units. Quick and reliable detection of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals in packaged and unpackaged piece goods. The compact metal detection system offers you safe performance and highest detection sensitivity. With its robust stainless steel conveyor belt construction the VARICON+ inspects piece goods of up to 50 kg. A very short metal-free zone (MZ) ensures interference-resistant, reliable inline metal detection. To suit the area of installation the system is available with a modular belt (wet area) or a flat belt (dry area). The conveyor belts are available with variable belt widths. The motor controller is fitted either with a conveyor stop in case of metal detection or an application-specific rejection system. For easy and thorough cleaning the VARICON+ series has a hygienic design. Quality which is reflected in BRC, IFS and HACCP certifications. The VARICON+ comes with IP65 protection. Higher IP ratings are optionally available.

A high surface quality results, above all, from long, gentle drying, especially when solvent containing paint systems are used. Production sequences often do not provide sufficient space for buffer storing. Furthermore, the transportation of workpieces generates high costs and implies the risk of damage. To avoid these aspects, Venjakob has developed innovative drying equipment with varying conveyor systems, all of which being based on the convection drying principle. The innovative and uniform cross ventilation of the Muli-level dryer VEN DRY COLLECT yields optimum drying results. If only solvent is used, the lower cost variant with longitudinal ventilation is available as an option.

Depending on the workpiece geometry and size, we offer various coating solutions by means of a chain-on-edge system and a round indexing table. To meet individual requirements, either a vertical or a horizontal chain-on-edge system can be used. Spray painting machines for rotating workpieces are distinguished by their high functionality on a smallest possible footprint. In addition, they can be controlled in a circulating or cycled mode, and combined with various conveyor systems and drying methods.
